I was in this store on May 6, 2015 because I won a sum of money to buy a necklace with a pendant and also a pair of ring trimmers, I went with basic jeans and a t-shirt when I arrived at the entrance of the store I was approached by a saleswoman who has a huge mouth allergy....she didn't say a word to me, good morning, she looked me up and down with a frown without a hint of sympathy, she asked me if I wanted something, I asked about a necklace with a pendant, she she told me very dry starting at 500.00....ready, she didn't even offer me to see...I asked if I could see it, she didn't even care, she left....poor thing, little does she know that what I had to buy my jewelry was much more than the value of the necklace... she doesn't know what she lost and I hope she continues to lose because as far as I know she lives off commissions... if it depends on her arrogance, her future will certainly be starving... truth, I wanted her to see this indignation on my part so she could see that today we cannot judge by appearances.....Celline jewelers never again.....

I was a customer of the jewelry store for years but unfortunately the quality of the last piece of gold I purchased was of low quality, it broke and they did not cover the maintenance. I do not recommend the jewelry store, there is a nearby competitor that offers a real guarantee, Cellini did not honor its responsibilities.

Traditional store, the service is excellent and whenever they can they seek the best price/benefit for the customer, I highly recommend it. In short, great price, great variety of jewelry and excellent service!

Worst experience I've ever had. Firstly, the white gold bracelets I bought came with the engravings all blurry, horrible. When complaining, the person said that the methodology they used was that and that's why it was like that. Finally, when I complained, and said that regardless of the method, the finish could not be left to be desired, then it was fixed. As soon as my daughters were born we waited and when using it we were already surprised that one of them broke. I contacted the warranty and photo of the product and they gave me a price for this repair. As soon as I got there, the price doubled... claiming "mistake". All of this, always with the lack of respect and terrible service from one of the store's attendants... I don't recommend it either because of the quality of the product or because of the terrible service

I bought a pair of rings, and one of them was oxide, it turned black, I took it to the place and then they took it to be polished, I asked the employee, if it turned black again, what could be done, she told me that they would exchange it, because after a week I got it the ring has already been polished, after 4 days it turns black again, because I took it to the place again, and I wanted to take it back to be polished, already knowing that it wouldn't help, they didn't change the piece, they didn't refund the money, I was left at a loss, quality Horrible, terrible service.
