Room is amazing at this hotel. Really enjoyed my stay. Breakfast and wifi was amazing. I speak english and very little Portuguese but thank god with google translate Isabella at the front desk could helped me. I live in USA so my next trip in Brazil, i am sure to be better on Portuguese and if i am in the area will visit this hotel.

I had a problem with my credit card after beeing there. I was asked to tip the valet parking driver, but I already paid for it. It was unconfortable.

A very balanced combination of good service, a restaurant that does the trick when you stay in and decently sized rooms. 5star rating for a 3/4 star hotel? Definitely yes. Good location and very safe environment.

The location is good as you have a shopping mall nearby (you can walk to the mall) and it is near the airport and the stadium Serra Dourada. The hotel worth it's price and have all basic services and with quality. Furthermore, positive point is that it has a pool and gym.

Large and very comfortable rooms, very welcoming staff and very nice food served for breakfast. I recommend the hotel.
