Very good building with a family atmosphere, the leisure area is a little small but has the minimum necessary to enjoy some moments of relaxation

It is an excellent residential building in a great location in a great neighborhood in the city. The building has parking, a complete events area and a gym for residents. The floors have only 4 apartments each, which are spacious, with 2 bedrooms, 1 suite, bathroom, large living room, kitchen and balcony. Even from the second floor there is no noise interference as it is on a quieter street.
