Dr. Nelson Rassi is one of the best doctors I have ever seen, with unparalleled professionalism and experience. However, their receptionists ruin the clinic, with disorganization, lack of desire to work and an unparalleled lack of respect for the patient, to the point of making the client miss the trip on PURPOSE, knowing that it would not be possible to show the exams to the doctor because the exam area is closed (it is in a room next door). The receptionist says this looking into the patient's eyes with a mocking face and laughing, as if to say "you really missed your trip, idiot, it's your problem". Sad to see one of the best professionals I've ever seen, working with people with no education, no respect and no desire to work.

I've been seeing my son at the clinic for almost 4 years. I think the patient experience should be carefully designed. Those who come to the clinic are looking to remedy a latent pain in need of reception and humanization. Paid parking (so if the doctor is late unfortunately the bill goes to the patient) many buildings and companies provide some type of discount, bonus for parking. Secretariats that are harsh when serving… no patience with customers. (Among them they chat, tell stories and smile) but. I’m not patients. Taking into consideration the cost of the consultation and everything else, coffee or tea should be served. They serve absolutely nothing. I've asked for coffee several times and the answer is the same WE DON'T SERVE it, it seems like you're doing us a favor. The clinic urgently needs to improve patient experience, communication, and humanization. Medicine is about welcoming and it starts with educating people and the way we see the world. The way I feel when I go is just money.
