Report
of
a
bad
experience:
My
father
was
hospitalized
in
another
hospital
and
a
doctor
known
to
the
family
suggested
that
I
take
him
to
this
one,
as
the
team
and
the
structure
of
hospitalization
had
good
references.
So,
last
Sunday
01/09/22
I
got
in
touch
to
find
out
if
there
was
a
vacancy,
I
talked
to
the
employee
Valéria
who
served
me
very
well,
I
explained
his
case
and
she
verified
that
there
was
a
vacancy,
but
he
would
need
to
go
through
the
emergency
first,
transferred
me
to
the
reception
of
the
sector
so
that
I
could
explain
what
was
happening
before
taking
him.
So
it
was
done
and
it
was
agreed
that
he
would
soon
be
there.
My
father
was
on
oxygen
at
the
other
hospital,
with
fever
and
hypotension.
I
had
already
had
3
PCR
exams,
all
negative
(the
last
one
was
carried
out
on
01/08),
I
had
a
CT
scan
in
hand
and
laboratory
tests
from
the
previous
day.
We
signed
off
at
the
other
hospital
and
went
to
the
beginning
of
a
horror
movie.
When
we
got
there,
the
password
panel
wasn't
working
so
we
went
directly
to
the
attendants
who,
by
the
way,
answered
us
rudely,
they
said
there
was
no
room
for
hospitalization
or
emergency
care
because
there
were
only
two
isolation
beds
and
they
were
busy,
we
beg
for
service
and
they
remained
cold,
rude
and
detail,
with
the
mask
on
their
chin.
One
of
them
told
us
that
if
I
wanted
him
to
pay
for
the
consultation,
which
was
worth
350.00,
I
agreed
and
she
ironically
told
me
that
it
wouldn't
be
just
that,
that
each
exam
he
did
would
increase
100.00,
and
he
has
IPASGO
.
At
that
moment
my
sister
was
already
in
contact
with
the
CRM
ombudsman
who
told
us
that
the
hospital
could
not
deny
care.
After
many
hours
of
waiting,
my
father
went
through
a
triage
with
the
nurse
Mônica,
he
took
care
of
us
well,
was
super
polite
and
put
him
in
isolation.
We
were
well
received
by
Dr.
Marília,
who
left
him
in
isolation,
using
oxygen
therapy
through
a
nasal
catheter
(3lt/m),
administered
vitamin
b
and
dipyrone.
Hours
later,
another
doctor
(Dr
Nathalya)
came
to
the
bed
and
told
us
that
in
his
case
she
disagreed
with
the
amount
of
oxygen
offered,
thus
reducing
the
supply
and
that
she
could
not
talk
much
about
the
case,
as
she
did
not
see
him
when
she
arrived
(no
record
in
medical
records?).
After
hours,
the
nurse
Monica
was
in
the
room
and
told
us
that,
in
the
face
of
the
exams
carried
out
at
the
hospital,
it
was
found
that
he
had
25%
of
the
lung
compromised
and
a
focus
of
"ground
glass"
was
detected
due
to
COVID-19
(It
is
not
a
doctor
who
passes
the
diagnosis?)
and
my
father
did
not
undergo
any
imaging
exams
inside
the
hospital
and
until
then
they
had
not
seen
the
exams
taken
by
us,
realizing
that
he
was
passing
on
data
from
someone
else,
the
nurse
asked
us
to
“forget”,
who
was
going
to
ask
to
that
Dr
Nathalya
“teared”
the
wrong
one
and
took
the
exams
that
really
belonged
to
him.
Came
back
and
said
it
was
a
mistake
and
everything
was
fine.
Did
“Dr”
go
back
there
to
at
least
see
how
the
patient
was?
No
Unfortunately.
I
went
after
her
to
find
out
more
about
his
state
of
health
and
if
she
advised
hospitalization
or
could
go
home,
she
said
that
the
hospitalization
case
would
be
due
to
overzealousness
and
that
she
could
go
home,
prescribe
salbutamol
spray
and
if
she
had
a
fever,
she
would
return
to
the
emergency!
I
asked
if
I
wouldn't
go
there
to
see
him,
she
said
she
didn't
need
to.
I
was
astonished
and
wanted
to
get
out
of
there
as
soon
as
possible.
That
day
reinforced
for
me
how
not
to
treat
a
human
being
and
as
a
health
professional
it
saddened
me
to
see
colleagues
having
the
opportunity
and
obligation
to
serve
others
and
denying
themselves
or
making
little
case.
The
same
night
he
was
admitted
to
the
IOG
(Thank
God)
he
came
back
on
oxygen
and
was
extremely
dehydrated.
Through
a
careful
evaluation
and
specific
tests,
he
was
diagnosed
with
H3N2.
I
would
like
managers
to
better
observe
who
are
the
people
who
are
representing
them.
Who
is
being
the
business
card
of
Hospital
do
Coração!?
Do
they
really
know
what
the
institution's
mission,
vision
and
values
are?

Relato
de
uma
péssima
experiência:
Meu
pai
estava
internado
em
um
outro
hospital
e
uma
médica
conhecida
da
família
sugeriu
que
o
levasse
para
este,
pois
a
equipe
e
a
estrutura
da
internação
tinha
boas
referências.
Sendo
assim,
no
último
domingo
dia
09/01/22
entrei
em
contato
para
saber
se
havia
vaga,
conversei
com
a
colaboradora
Valéria
que
me
atendeu
super
bem,
expliquei
o
caso
dele
e
a
mesma
verificou
que
tinha
a
vaga,
mas
ele
precisaria
passar
pela
emergência
primeiro,
me
transferiu
para
a
recepção
do
setor
para
que
eu
explicasse
o
que
estava
acontecendo
antes
de
levá-lo.
Assim
foi
feito
e
acordado
que
logo
estaria
por
lá.
Meu
pai
estava
fazendo
uso
de
oxigênio
no
outro
hospital,
com
febre
e
hipotensão.
Já
havia
feito
3
exames
de
PCR,
todos
negativos(o
último
realizado
no
dia
08/01),
estava
com
uma
tomografia
em
mãos
e
exames
laboratoriais
do
dia
anterior.
Assinamos
a
alta
no
outro
hospital
e
fomos
para
o
início
de
um
filme
de
terror.
Chegando
lá
o
painel
de
senha
não
estava
funcionando
então
nos
direcionamos
diretamente
as
atendentes
que
por
sinal
nos
atenderam
de
forma
grosseira,
disseram
que
não
tinha
vaga
para
internação
e
nem
para
atendimento
na
emergência
pois
só
tinha
dois
leitos
de
isolamento
e
que
estavam
ocupados,
imploramos
por
atendimento
e
as
mesmas
continuaram
frias,
mal
educadas
e
detalhe,
com
a
máscara
no
queixo.
Uma
delas
nos
disse
que
se
eu
quisesse
que
pagasse
pela
consulta
que
era
no
valor
de
350,00,
concordei
e
ela
de
forma
irônica
me
disse
que
não
seria
só
isso,
que
cada
exame
que
fizesse
aumentaria
100,00,
sendo
que
ele
tem
IPASGO.
Nesse
momento
minha
irmã
já
estava
em
contato
com
a
ouvidoria
do
CRM
que
nos
disse
que
o
hospital
não
poderia
negar
atendimento.
Depois
de
muitas
horas
de
espera
meu
pai
passou
por
uma
triagem
com
a
enfermeira
Mônica,
nos
atendeu
bem,
foi
super
educada
e
o
colocou
no
isolamento.
Fomos
bem
recebido
pela
Dra
Marília
que
o
deixou
no
isolamento,
fazendo
uso
de
oxigenoterapia
por
cateter
nasal
(3lt/m),
administrado
vitamina
b
e
dipirona.
Horas
depois
outra
médica
(Dra
Nathalya)
compareceu
no
leito
e
nos
disse
que
no
caso
dele
ela
discordava
da
quantidade
de
oxigênio
ofertada,
diminuindo
assim
a
oferta
e
que
não
poderia
falar
muito
sobre
o
caso,
pois
não
o
viu
quando
chegou
(não
tem
registro
em
prontuário?).
Passado
horas
a
enfermeira
Mônica
esteve
no
quarto
e
nos
disse
que
diante
dos
exames
realizados
no
hospital
foi
constatado
que
ele
estava
com
25%
do
pulmão
comprometido
e
foi
detectado
um
foco
de
“vidro
fosco”
devido
COVID-19(Não
é
médico
que
passa
o
diagnóstico?)
sendo
que
meu
pai
não
fez
nenhum
exame
de
imagem
dentro
do
hospital
e
até
então
não
tinham
visto
os
exames
levados
por
nós,
percebendo
que
estava
repassando
dados
de
outra
pessoa,
a
enfermeira
nos
pediu
para
“esquecer”,
que
ia
pedir
para
que
a
Dra
Nathalya
“rasgasse”
o
errado
e
levou
os
exames
que
realmente
pertencia
a
ele.
Voltou
e
disse
que
foi
um
engano
e
que
estava
tudo
bem.
A
“Dra”voltou
lá
para
pelo
menos
ver
como
o
paciente
estava?
Não,
infelizmente.
Fui
atrás
dela
para
saber
mais
sobre
o
estado
de
saúde
dele
e
se
ela
aconselhava
a
internação
ou
poderia
ir
para
casa,
afirmou
que
o
caso
de
internação
seria
por
excesso
de
zelo
e
que
poderia
ir
para
casa,
receitando
salbutamol
spray
e
tendo
febre
voltasse
para
a
emergência!
Questionei
se
não
iria
lá
vê
lo,
ela
disse
que
não
precisava.
Fiquei
abismada
e
quis
o
mais
rápido
sair
dali.
Esse
dia
reforçou
para
mim
como
não
se
deve
tratar
um
ser
humano
e
como
profissional
da
saúde
me
entristeceu
ver
colegas
tendo
a
oportunidade
e
a
obrigação
de
servir
o
próximo
e
se
negando
ou
fazendo
com
pouco
caso.
Na
mesma
noite
ele
foi
internado
no
IOG
(Graças
a
Deus)
voltou
para
o
oxigênio
e
estava
extremamente
desidratado.
Através
de
uma
avaliação
criteriosa
e
exames
específicos
foi
diagnosticado
com
H3N2.
Gostaria
que
os
gestores
observem
melhor
quem
são
as
pessoas
que
estão
representando
eles.
Quem
está
sendo
o
cartão
de
visita
do
Hospital
do
Coração!?
Será
que
realmente
sabem
qual
é
missão,
visão
e
valores
da
instituição?
