Absolutely one of the rudest staff members ever. One on the deep fryer. Burnt our burgers, no lemon or salt at all as asked for. I'll be definitely going elsewhere now

Simple fish and chips shop in Southport. If you're looking for an easy fish and chips, burger or hot food for the family this is the perfect place. Service was fast, milkshake was yummy and the burger was simple. I asked for extra salads on my fish burger and it was a little dry so I added my tomato sauce at home. Nice and cheap.

My grilled fish was great, but there was no way I was ordering a salad that looked days old with flies in the cabinet. Such a shame this place has gone down hill. It was one of the best fish and chip shops where you could get a healthy meal with a beautiful fresh salad. I won't be bothering again! Unimpressed!!!

Whiting, calamari, potato scallops were all ok (nothing special) the chips were trash!

Fish, (seafood)and chips here is awsome. Was great in 2019 then we moved away. Came back for Xmas 2022, I think there are different owners but the food is still excellent. Clean hot fat, fish cooked to perfection.

Fish burger was really tasty with a good serving of sauce on it. Minimum chips was good size plenty of salt and fresh

We ordered 3 x snapper, 6 x prawn cutlets and $7 worth of chips. We ordered 2 x grilled fish and 1 x crumbed fish. We received 3 x grilled. The snapper was way overcooked. The fillets were hard and like rubber. The prawns and the chips were overcooked too. Very disappointing. When you pay $62, you expect fresh seafood to be cooked, and the seafood to be succulent and melt in your mouth, not frozen! On the upside, the choc malt thickshake was well made and delicious. We have been coming here for years and it has always been fantastic. New owners have taken over and it is not the same. Not as friendly and as welcoming either, which is a shame. Crossing fingers they improve.

Our steak burger with the works we swimming in juices and extremely oily. The steak was strongly little strips of beef rather than an actual piece of steak. Very disappointed
