April the nurse is amazing had my lip filler done with her she is so lovely and real! Made me feel so comfortable as I was super nervous for my first time lip injections, I didn't feel a thing! As much as the pain of laser is hard to endure at times, the beautiful women at this clinic make it worth while! I thought I had booked in a session where I actually hadn't 🤦‍♀️ But they managed to quickly fit me in at the very last minute anyway! Really appreciate it and the results are fantastic!

ABSOLUTELY amazing experience for the last year!! I’ve been basically doing full body laser and I’ve seen such an amazing results! I'd suggest looking elsewhere. Their cancellation policy says you can cancel up to 48 hours beforehand. I did exactly that; I cancelled right at the 48-hour mark. But because it had to be "before" that time, they took my money without letting me make another booking. There are plenty of other places with way better customer service.

Unfortunately the last few times I have called to talk to someone or book an appointment no one has answered the phone or I have been left on hold for 10min plus. It would benefit them to have someone answering phones/doing admin. It seems I’m left on hold while a treatment is being done when there’s only one worker in the salon as that has been the case when I have walked in and waited to be served while a treatment was being finished.

In my last appointment I was on the time and they made me wait more than 5 minutes , so I can wait them but they can not wait for me or make a call????? 👎👎👎👎👎👎again so rude the girl at reception 👎👎 only her the other ones always being very nice to me

The clinic is clean and tidy. The laser device is great, nothing to complain. All the staff are nice and welcoming. I am getting my under arm and brazilian hair removal with Lauren and she is the BEST! She is not only sweet but also professional with knowledge! She exactly knows what she is doing, check the progress every time, and explaining to me what is going on. It may sound just simple things, but makes her so reliable. Good experience and highly recommended:)

I have received 2 treatments of laser hair removal from LCA and it did disappoint. My first treatment was by far the best. My hair was not removed fully on the desired areas. It was left out and growing like how it used to be compared to the lasered areas. It’s disappointing that i was unable to get a proper service.

I went to the store booked the appointment for today at 12pm and paid full for $114 already. However, I couldn’t make it on time so I tried to ring up the clinic at 12:10, they didn’t pick up the phone and I left the voicemail said may I please reschedule. Sally the girl from the clinic called me back at 12:30 told me I missed out the appointment and due to the 48hrs cancellation policy I can not get my money back and either reschedule it. I just lost my full payment $114 and get nothing but the attitude from the girls was really rude and I will never return to this clinic. I went to Clean Skincare in Robina before and they’re way much better and nicer.
