Stay clear of this place! The owner doesn't back her product Henna and apparently you have to advise her within 24hrs your not happy with her service. Henna tint wears off within 2 weeks even after the women gave several attempts in applying it. When a complaint is laid the owner talks over top of you with excuses and then hangs up. A desparate salon with inexperienced people plucked from foreign countries. Attitude by owner towards ex clients is pitiful with NO attempt for a resolution whatsoever. A total waste of $75, and this is not the first time her products and application have failed!! Please don't comment saying you have no record of this customer, you are fully aware of the situation you created today.

do not step foot in this place! the pictures on the Facebook/Instagram page look nothing like what you receive in salon. I went into wanting lashes paid 99 dollars for the measurements to be in all different places in random spots, hairs are missed absolutely completely, and one side was way more fuller then the other. I have no words. way too over priced to be given what i was given, would reccommend looking else where for lashes. am beyond disgusted and want my money back.

I am a long time customer and normally walk out feeling very happy with results. However, today was not one of those days. A girl who I've never seen working there before has over threaded my eyebrows and also cut a big chunk out of one of my brows with scissors. Didn't seem to care at all that she had made a mess. The boss appeared mortified, said she couldn't really fix it cause there was not enough hair left. She offered this "service" for free and the next, but to be honest I'm very reluctant to return. Be careful who does your brows if you go.

I had a nightmare experience here last Saturday. I was debating whether to leave a review but I think everyone should avoid going to even eyebrows in oxenford. The lady who did my eyebrows over threaded and took off half of my left eyebrow. I thought she was taking so long to do a detailed job but when I put my head up and looked in the mirror I was devestated. I’d never seen my eyebrows so thin and horrible looking. I requested the other lady working try to fix them up with tint. It was still such a noticeable gap and I was going on a cruise within the next few hours. The tint completely wore off after 3 days and I have to try to fill them in but they are SO THIN. do not use this business. EDIT: Owner contacted me with a refund and was apologetic, has offered for her to do my eyebrows but unfortunately I don’t trust to go back to this place. The lady who ruined my eyebrows is still employed under a contract for a couple more months so perhaps just ask for the owner to do your brows if you are wishing to go.

I still am mortified by this place. The lady who they hired had no experience and no one even watched her when she threaded over half my eyebrows off completely. I ended up having to pay for eyebrow tattooing through someone else as my eyebrow hairs never quite grew back properly.

I regularly get my brows done with the girls at Even Eyebrows and love them every time! 🤩 The ladies are so happy and polite and always make you feel welcome!

Great service and conversation. Always good at fitting you in for your eyebrow threading on short notice. I recommend them!

I regularly visit this salon as the ladies are professional, welcoming and are amazing at shaping and maintaining eyebrows and eyelash extension! They seem to know exactly what I need or want in each session and have me looking my best after my treatment. I get threading and waxing in my sessions plus eyebrow tinting. Amazing amazing ! I moved from Brisbane to Gold Coast and was very conscious about my eyebrows shaping, not everyone can handle my eyebrows. I am bit fussy about the shape and thickness. So It’s really hard to find some good eyebrows technician for me then I found Even Eyebrows. They are just perfect, amazing ladies, give right advice and very honest. I can say in Gold Coast city.
