is
generous.
After
now
reading
reviews
on
the
poor
quality
of
products
this
brand
sells,
my
situation
isn’t
even
a
surprise.
My
partner
purchased
a
ring
worth
$799
for
me
for
Christmas,
by
the
9th
of
January
it
had
already
lost
a
gemstone,
so
my
partner
had
to
take
it
back
in,
then
we
waited
a
few
weeks
to
receive
it
back
&
then
a
few
weeks
after
having
it
back,
again
another
gemstone
fell
out
by
the
1st
of
March
and
we’ve
had
to
take
it
back
again.
Less
than
three
months
old
and
have
already
lost
two
gemstones,
for
a
ring
worth
$899
this
is
ridiculous.
What’s
worse
is
being
expected
to
pay
$190
for
a
replacement
gem
and
reset.
My
partner
went
in
to
pick
up
the
ring
&
was
told
they’d
hope
I
gave
them
another
chance,
I
got
in
there
the
next
night
and
was
told
to
come
back
(I
don’t
have
time
to
be
up
and
down
the
highway
to
this
store.
Absolute
waste
of
time,
was
told
I’d
receive
a
phone
call
&
never
have.
Pathetic
customer
service.
The
new
lady
was
lovely
&
offered
an
exchange
but
then
the
manager
said
no,
I
have
to
buy
a
new
ring
&
give
my
old
one
in
to
receive
30%
off,
I’d
rather
take
my
money
elsewhere
than
waste
another
cent
here.
