Best place to holiday with kids. So much to do and something for everyone but those pool slides alone, kept the kids entertained for hours and hours. Easy to meet new friends. Camp Facilities also included a microwave and boiling water. Toilets/showers are thoroughly cleaned regularly (those workers truely deserve medals!)

We have just had another quick escape down to Tally, it is our firm favourite and go to place when we need some time off.it is close to everything you will need if you donโ€™t want to use your car, walk to the beach, creek and a great park on the beach for the kids. Itโ€™s central to some great places on the coast of you want to explore by car. The park is always clean and tidy, even at its busiest. For us, itโ€™s the outstanding people that work there, everyone is just helpful, friendly and obviously like their jobs. We had an encounter with Sophia in the main reception this trip, and she is just a superstar, thanks to all for a great break.

A really nice beach! The locals are very friendly and inviting and there are showers and restaurants nearby. The beach is SOO clean to the point where the water is crystal clear! There are also lifeguards patrolling the beach which is a bonus! You should definitely come to the place right now! One of the best Iโ€™ve been to!

Went there for 5 days our caravan site was central to the pools, kiosk, laundry, and amenities. Walking distance to lake and club. The grounds are well kept except some sites need maintenance as in gravel put down next to slabs. Other than that staff are very helpful and fantastic for big and little children alike. Pool areas are immaculate . Will definitely be back our grandchildren were kept busy forgot to mention they also have children's playground and plenty of outdoor seating.

So good for the kids! They had so much to do the whole time we stayed. The sites are fairly big too. Amenities kept clean, love the extra adults pool too. Only thing would be, if you are staying in the unpowered sites right by the main road, it can be quite noisy at night - next time we will stay in a site a bit further from the road. Other than that, we love it and will definitely be back.

Stayed in a cabin in paradise, beautiful scenery, simple living thats the reason we came and it exceeded our expectations. There where a few days of tropical rain but that didnโ€™t take away from the experience, just pick up an umbrella and get on with it! People seem to be all on the same page, friendly, taking life in the slow lane, kids running around carefree. Couldnโ€™t recommend it enough.

Even at Christmas time, there is plenty of space for everyone. 3 pools including an adults only pool meant even us couple only holidayers had some quiet time. River through to ocean right on our doorstep. Boating, fishing, camping!!! Great facilities, lots of BBQ's, undercover eating area, playground and general store. Food trucks on weekends, free activities for the whole family including aqua classes. And a great sunset!

Spent a lot longer than originally booked Lisa and Paul and Office staff were incredible working around issues to enable us to extend until all the health issues were resolved The amenities are kept exceptionally clean, and the grounds and sites are very very well maintained. The Cafe staff are extremely friendly and helpful and they make great coffee and the slices are delicious. Highly recommend this park will definitely be back.

I think the place is good for enjoying weekend. But if you want to spend quiet night, find another camping place. Itโ€™s not like national park camping place. Itโ€™s quite family /kids friendly place. Very very loud at night time. For me, sleeping in quiet place is very important, so I only give 2 stars. But the palm beach is beautiful.

Camped for the weekend with my daughter and granddaughter, campsite was nice and close to the facilities (which is important for a 6 year old). The pool was the highlight for my granddaughter and I reckon she probably went up and down it about 50 times. The camp ground was just across the road from Tallebudgera Creek and we popped over for a few hours on the Saturday for a swim and brunch. What I liked about the campground was that it had everything we needed and we didn't have to use the car at all. The toilets were clean and the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend camping here. We will definitely be back.

I would like to immensely thank the staff at the Tallebudgera caravan park for their support and care in regards to helping me during a very difficult time whilst my husband and I were staying here. About 10 days ago my husband became very ill, was hospitalized and eventually had surgery. Being here on holidays from NSW with no family they made the whole experience less stressful and we cannot thank them enough.

Laid back relaxing beach and easy to swim in, great for kids, no dogs allowed, perfect for kayaking, SUP board, dingy, fishing etc. Great family day out

Totally enjoying my Birthday holiday weekend, great location amenities and staff but our waterfront cabin unfortunately has been crowded by our neighbour who has decided to park Right next to our balcony BBQ area so all privacy has gone having the van windows adjacent to our bbq cooking and verandah. Totally off the pad for van set-up!! * Hi Scott thanks for that,we did mention to a passing staff member on Saturday afternoon about how close they were but he didn't offer any solutions,he just nodded and went on his way!

  • 5/5 Keegan M. 2 years ago on Google
Without a doubt 5 out of 5! My family and I stayed in the superior cabins - They were lovley and clean and practical for a beach holiday! The only suggestion i would make was the beds were rock hard but our stay out weighed this fault! The park was filled with things to do for kids of all ages!! The food truck had the BEST Hamburger and chips I have ever had! But it was the creek that occupied our time the most!! We certainly leave this holiday behind with beautiful family memories and we will definitely return! Thank you! ๐Ÿ–๏ธ

Nice park with good and clean amenities and activities for the kids. The further you are located away from the entrance the quieter it is. The front of the campground is right at the GC motorway. We've been there twice and enjoyed the proximity to the water.

  • 5/5 Kristen V. 2 years ago on Google
Really enjoyed our stay, Lisa was extremely helpful. The team in the office are friendly. Can't wait to come back again. This is the cleanest park I've ever stayed in. The cleaning team are also friendly and helpful. Great place for family.

Loved our time here, wish we could have stayed longer. Clean amenities and great pools. The location is perfect with the creek and beach both an easy stroll. Our new favourite place.

  • 4/5 Kristy S. 2 years ago on Google
Loved it here! Noisy parties on weekend but that's not management's fault. Lovely food truck the best fish and chips I've ever had. Great facilities, clean and tidy.

  • 5/5 Sue W. 7 months ago on Google
Absolutely loved this park. There are 2 pools - 1 being an adults pool. Located right on the river/beach. Christened our double seater kayak and was perfect place to do so. Thereโ€™s a small shop that sells necessities, coffees & booze which is really handy. Food / drinks trucks open on certain days . Wish it was dog friendly so we could bring our pup. Now weโ€™ll have to find elsewhere ๐Ÿ˜”

It is a really nice and beautiful camping spot, in front of a creek. Really well organised, clean amenities, open kitchen with basic goods(fridge, microwave, kettle, no utensiles), spacious bathroom... they have a playground, a coffee shop, laundry, pools for everyone. My kids loved. We stayed in a camp site and they are really packed, not much space between the sites. Looking at the creek, on right side is a patrolled beach/creek but we went to left and there is a bay area and enclosed area as well. Be careful of your belongs because anyone can come inside from the creek/beach. Also if you are light sleeper and in a tent, there is a big road next to the camping and cars all day/night.

  • 5/5 Christine C. 5 months ago on Google
Very lovely place to visit. Everything is close or within walking distance. They have a kiosk and pizza van open nightly. Surf club across the road for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Surf is across the road, or right in front of the tourist park is a great place for the kiddies to swim and parents to be able to relax. There are 2 pools available in the park as well.

  • 5/5 Marilyn P. 1 year ago on Google
A great site. Quiet, clean and well organised site in a great location on the creek. There is a good pool and also a shallow water section of the creek for children to swim. Some road noise in the daytime but quiet at night. A 25minute walk into Burleigh for shops and restaurants and Burleigh Heads National Park a short walk from the Tourist Park. An underground pass along the creek for crossing the main road and into a recreation centre and then on to the Beach.

  • 4/5 Gab W. 1 year ago on Google
First time here. First impression was the location is so good especially for having little kids we just went to the Tallebudgera creek everyday.. The family room was not suitable for our family as its all one big room, however it was clean and comfortable for just a couple of nights. If if we come again we would get a cabin with seperate rooms. This place is so big and busy so not for those wanting to relax and have peace.

  • 5/5 Terry D. 10 months ago on Google
Great van park along side river inlet with sandy beaches. Great clean amenities and friendly staff. Large sites some backing onto beach. A cafe with everything.

  • 3/5 Caitlin H. 1 year ago on Google
We stayed in an unpowered site which was right on the main road so it was quite noisy at night. We asked if there were any spots and the staff were lovely and moved us but only a few meters further from the road. The closest toilets were a 5 minute walk from our site and the only baby change/ family room was a 10 minute walk which was a bit of a hassle. Otherwise itโ€™s a great spot for visiting the Gold Coast and the amenities were all clean and tidy. Shout out to the maintenance staff who were incredibly helpful and friendly.

  • 5/5 Cecilia S. 1 year ago on Google
Absolutely fabulous weekend. Everything was spotlessly clean, staff were fabulous, especially the maintenance men who helped us reconnect our trailer. Nothing was too hard for them. Thanks... see you again soon ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜„

Various camping sites. Chalets, ensiute, double villas etc. Please check website. Booking essential. Large camping site. Well catered with 2x pools. There is a separate adults pool only. The site has all the amenaties including laundry services. Access to beach area with swimming area. The site is close to Coles. There is also a small kids pool under cover. The shop is well stocked with bait and ice freezers. The shop sells beer and selsers. In the park is also a picnic bbq area. We are already planning another weekend. The park is very full, so I suggest you book way in advance.

My wife Deb and I have been on the road for well over 18 months and Tallebudgera Creek Tourist Park would have to been one of the best run parks we have had the pleasure of staying at. Managers Tanya and Tim and their staff were fantastic to deal with and an absolute breath of fresh air. The facilities are fantastic, it would be awesome however if a bbq could be installed in the grassed area near the adults pool, it just seems this is area is under utilised and a bbq would make this area a lot more user friendly. Thank you again Tanya, Tim and Team see you again soon. Jim and Deb

I telephoned to make my booking as it was after 5pm and I was concerned I might not arrive before the office closed. The staff were incredibly friendly both over the phone and in person when I rolled in just before 6pm. The facilities were immaculate. Not a crumb in the camp kitchen and the bathrooms were easily accessible. I am touring by bicycle and have a two-man tent. For A$54 for an unpowered site, I had expected it would be flat. Also, because I called over the phone, I didn't recognise that Iโ€™d be close to the highway and consequently, kept awake by traffic. My dad loves this place and visits in his caravan every year, but I left feeling robbed.

  • 5/5 Garry Hazard C. 1 year ago on Google
Really friendly staff! Always happy to help! And really awesome facilities, even an adult only swimming pool! ๐ŸŠโ€โ™€๏ธ and there isn't much better than that! Right on the Inlet close to the water, overall I would give a 10/10. Well done!

  • 2/5 Brendan M. 11 months ago on Google
While a awesome location, walking distance to creek and beach downside is vans packed in like a refugee camp. Toilets have pin codes though plenty of them. Showers lots of hot water.

  • 5/5 David E. 1 year ago on Google
This is our sixth year (out of seven in a row) here. Love the place. Friendly staff, cabin accommodation is great. We have had a same waterfront cabin for the last 5 years. This park is family friendly, and is a well run GC Council establishment.

Lovely place to camp. Great atmosphere, lots if people and kids. Everyone was friendly. Amenities are clean. Workers out and about to help. Pools were great as well as wildlife people and hair braiding. Would go again.

We had the luxury of an ensuite site! It was very convenient to have our own bathroom with 3 young children! The staff provided fantastic school holiday activities that were great for all ages! Everyone was so helpful and the kids loved the humour of the staff! Such an enjoyable place to camp!

  • 5/5 Alisha M. 1 year ago on Google
Outstanding park and facilities but best of all, outstanding assistance from the general manager! Iโ€™m a single mum trying to do this camping thing on my own and my car decided to die on leaving day. Which was pretty stressful. I was assisted and treated with kindness and patience. Unfortunately my car still wouldnโ€™t start so I had to get roadside assist to help but Iโ€™m still super thankful for the assistance.

  • 1/5 Melanie G. 10 months ago on Google
Would never stay here again. Way too far out of town, facilities are old and run down shower barley gets hot then the water pressure feels like needles. You can hear all the traffic from the main road and they had trucks and workers in and out all day making noise not at all relaxing. Not to mention they charged us for 4 nights yet only let us stay for 3 and when I tried to rectify this mistake that they made the rude young girl and the "manager" spoke to me so rudely and then made me leave with my 2 young children and baby. Also our friends stayed here with us wanted the site right next to us were told it was already booked yet noone showed up the whole time we were here. Honestly do not know why anyone would want to stay here we have travelled all of Australia and never have I written 1 bad review or have we had dramas anywhere else.

Lovely. Had a swim, in the enclosed safe swimming area, sat under shade sails in the cool out of the direct sun. Went for a walk around the board walk to the point of the creek mouth, beautiful. Hard to get a park spot but worth the effort, just kept doing loops around, eventually got one. Patience. Beautiful. Absolutely stunning out look. electric BBQS, Shady trees, safe swimming. Beautiful. Gold Coasts hidden jewel, locals know about.
