Covid-19 hit and almost every plan we had made for the wedding day fell apart, but on short notice Catherine and her team helped us find and managed to miraculously source the rings AND get them to us in time amidst the whole world shutting down. When the pandemic hit I had every expectation that we would not be able to get the rings but Catherine worked her magic and was absolutely incredible in her care and support. Excellent service and watches! I contacted Mark about trading one of my watches with a lovely Enicar "Jim Clark" that he had available. Initially I had concerns about shipping a high value piece but Mark reassured me that the deal was not at risk. Upon receiving the watch I noticed that there was an issue with the chronograph seconds hand. I called Mark and he asked for the watch to be returned for the HNCO watchmaker to rectify the issue. Mark covered return express shipping and I had the watch back within one week. I highly recommend HNCO for rare, unique watches with great provenance - especially Mark. He was a pleasure to deal with and to chat about watches. I am definitely a return customer!

I just received my new gents diamond dress ring. The ring looks even more amazing in real life than it did on the website. I bought this close to $5000 ring without actually seeing it in person. I have purchased jewellery before from this company when I lived in Brisbane and knew the quality of there range and the quality of customer service and satisfaction they strive for. The ring has over 2.5cts of diamonds with the main stone been close to 90 points. The ring was described as G colour and VS clarity, having been collecting jewelry for over 30 years this is the type of quality I look for. The diamonds are just how they were described and the fire and sparkle when wearing is truly a wonder, mother nature at her best. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a quality piece of jewellery without paying the normal jewelry shop mark up for new, remember diamonds are millions of years old... ebay watch-head purchase, faulty on arrival. Prolonged refund process from less-than-candid seller who only realised they had sold broken Rolex bracelet parts attached to sold watch when refund requested, then did not disclose until very late in process. Less than ethical business practice, and very disappointed by service from a supposedly reputable jeweller. Later-after 11 months, a response from the retailer! About as good as their after-sales service. The reality as I said in my original review was Harringtons only realised that the watch-strap parts were possibly Rolex AFTER I started the return process. They attached NO value to those parts when they sold the watch ( non-working on arrival, please note), but because they realised their error they insisted these scrap parts ( and we are talking a couple of very twisted and deformed links to which neither I , nor they, attached any value whatsoever at the time of purchase) be returned in a separate package to Australia from the UK. I only removed them because I had no intention of retaining/using them , and when a return became the only option did not include them to save on return postage costs to be fair to the seller! The fact that I did not bin them is a minor miracle-and I am an experienced watch collector of many decades and NEVER throw anything away I can reuse or has any intrinsic value. My point was that it was only AFTER the watch arrived back in Australia did the question of the deformed links become an issue , and my refund was blocked. However it was not until I pressed Harringtons did the REAL reason for wanting those links back come to light. If they had been up-front with this at the beginning there would have been no problem or delay. Sadly the seller was less than candid, and this less-than-honest approach is not what is expected of a reputable jeweller. I bought a watch, not the deformed links that as far as I was concerned were neither use nor ornament. The fact that Harringtons discovered their error after the sale suggests that they did not want to disclose their error in the very mistaken view that I would keep the defective watch since the Rolex links MIGHT be worth more than the watch they were attached to! Their reply is disengenuous to put it mildly, and someone needs to take a serious look at their customer relations skills.

They sold me a fake rolex band on e bay, when I try to get e bay to step in, I found out it was going to cost me more then it was worth. Be very carefull...........Their fakes are good. update on the story. PS since it was considered a fake by the eBay officials, I was on able to get a eBay Refund of any type. So I ended up with merchandise that I could not sell, nor years for repairs. Sometimes things like this just happened when dealing with vendors such as this one

A terrible experience at another jeweller that almost ended in a wedding disaster turned out to be a blessing in disguise after it led me here. I called frantically needing a last minute wedding band resized and ready for a wedding in 3 days. They staff couldn’t have been more warm, helpful, and willing to go out of their way to help solve my problem. The wedding band from here exactly what I actually wanted. I felt listened to and the communication and customer service has been phenomenal. I left feeling the way I should have at the first place and will happily return.

Can not rate highly enough. Purchase a lot of things online and sometimes very expensive things. My Jewellery Shop ( despite covid virus parcel interruptions ) purchase arrived very fast. The nice touch was a handwritten personalized " thank you have a lovely day " note attached to the receipt. I have spent thousands on a single purchase and as usual received nothing other than the product dropped in a cardboard box - almost cold robotic like and sent without any human touch. As an Australian it was also GREAT to know I was supporting an Aussie business. Website great with unique and always changing stock simple and easy to use and ordering process fast and easy. As I ordered multiple things at different times within an hour, not realizing I had paid TWO lots of postage and handling fees - they even refunded my extra purchase fee I paid - UNHEARD OF !!! I wanted the ice cream earrings for my daughter but it was out of stock. I requested to be notified when they were back in stock. Surely enough, they were back in stock in about 3 weeks. I placed the order along with some sleeper earrings and requested for them to be gift wrapped. I received the package in about 4 days. The earrings were nicely wrapped and had a very thoughtful note explaining which earrings were were in each of the boxes. Two different coloured ribbons were used to help identify them. My daughter was delighted and I’m happy with my purchase. With regard to quality, I found the ice cream earrings were exactly the size as in the description. What could be improved is the thickness of it. I felt the stick of the ice cream was quite flimsy and bent easily. I don’t expect it to last long, especially on a toddlers ears. The earrings have also fallen off my daughter’s ears when she changed clothes. Maybe the back of the stud could be a bit tighter to prevent that from happening. Of all the ice cream earrings I found online, this had to be the best design.

I’m SO THANKFUL to have found MJS!!!! I walked into the store beside myself, my engagement ring had broken and I’d almost lost diamonds for the 3rd time after being re-made and repaired by 3 different jewellers in as many years, each time traumatic experience. I had pretty much lost faith that I would find a jeweller that would be able to make my ring strong and as close to the original design but to suit a straight wedding band. I was recommended MJS on a fb group so I decided to give it one last try to have my ring repaired. Debbie and Catherine were AMAZING! They made me feel so looked after, they took the time to make sure I was completely happy with the design before starting the work- I had to have my stones set in a completely new design. Catherine also redesigned my wedding ring at the same tome so that I could have that made to suit my new ring when we were ready. In 6 weeks I had the most beautiful ring, more beautiful than I imagined it could be! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Catherine and Debbie. The rings were custom made but still were created within the time frame we needed them in and for a really reasonable price. We ended up with two amazing wedding bands that fit my engagement ring perfectly, and a stunning personalised wedding band for my husband. I ordered a pack of jewellery cleaning items, not knowing anything about the business (just found online)…the package arrive within a few days, when I opened it there was a beautiful hand written note saying thank you and merry Xmas, happy NY etc, a chocolate and each item was really carefully wrapped. There are not many businesses (if any!) that would go to this much trouble these days, especially given the items I purchased were nothing special. The jewellery is unique and different to anywhere else i've been. I had been looking for a ring for ages and most places have similar designs. My Jewellery shop has an awesome range, there were a couple I loved. The staff helped me decide and I now have a gorgeous pink topaz, ruby and diamond ring. Highly recommend!

Disappointed in my experience here. I came in to have my engagement ring resized and specifically asked to keep the stamp from the jeweler who had made the ring (in South Africa, where my fiancé is from and where we got engaged- the jeweler’s stamp was meaningful to us both). We had a clear discussion with the sales woman about this request, and she assured us that this would be no problem at all. When I came to pick up my ring, the stamp was gone. While they have offered to pay for the service of getting the ring re-stamped, this will not “bring back” the sentimental value of the original stamp. I don’t usually post reviews and don’t like sharing negative feedback, but I didn’t know much about local jewelers and relied on these reviews for guidance. Recommend going elsewhere with sentimental pieces.

Not only did she source a beautiful diamond she had an existing ring altered and set before we went away. Made our special day even more special.
