Excellent experience. My server, Cedric, was on point and provided menu advice and was attentive to our needs. I do not like sirloin steaks BUT this one was prepared to perfection and wonderfully seasoned. My broccoli was steamed precisely. It was not mushy nor too hard but was perfect. It was not too crowdy and the food delivery was timely. I strongly recommend the weekend lunch/ supper time.

First time eating here. Very clean restaurant. Every staff member was friendly and seemed to be in a good mood, especially our server Kenny. He was very helpful and had a great personality. The hostess was very nice too. We will definitely be coming back.

High praise. Good management and staff. This is a go-to place for my wife and me. Food and service yesterday were terrific once again. I would not write this if I did not have repetitive, positive experiences here. I do not like anecdotal, one-time reviews whether good or bad. The menu is varied and flavorful. Honestly, I could order something different here every day of the week that would be enjoyable.

Awesome food , awesome service, the best ever bartender. Poor girl was bartending and waiting the entire restaurant and bussing the tables by herself the other day at lunch when my fiance and I went in . Great attitude and amazing smile and extremely attentive to our every need. That girl deserves a big pay raise and we will definitely be going back!!!

Our waitress was rude, she served us the wrong food, disliked when we asked for something, snacked her hands and lips together like it was a problem her having to serve us. It took all to finally say something when our waitress threw our straws in our table after asking for a refill on our drinks. Rude customer service through out the whole time frame that I was there for. Plus had to stand and wait while from where they could of said sorry. I can't stand it when I pay good money to go out I shouldn't have to be treated like this Way

Its a standard Applebee's. The bartender was very nice and quick with our food. They did cook the hell out of the salmon so it was pretty dry. I thought it should be standard med-rare but I didn't specify so not sure if that was the issue.

Hardly got any refills. Never got our chips and salsa refilled as we were told multiple times he would be back. Food looked as it had been re warmed as it was very soggy and the lettuce looked as if it was old. Not worth the money or the 1 hour and 15 minutes we spent at our table waiting for our food to come.

Whole family just tested positive for covid after a visit to this place 1/27/23! They all where fine until today! The time-line fits that it was more then likely caught here! Not saying this is a bad restaurant but the manager did try and put blame off and not understand the reason for my calling them which to inform them of the positive tests, hoping she would inform her staff to take appropriate next steps! I think she finally understood that at the end of the call! No doubt my family should've worn their masks as ive repeatedly asked! Soooo glad I stayed in Atlanta! We all have asthma! Fyi: I'm in the medical field and Covid will never be over just like the flu! It's so simple to put a feather weighing piece of protection on your face!!! I will never go in my clinic without a mask, EVER!!!

All the waiters were quick and helpful. I got a to go order and was helped immediately. When I came in because I forgot to ask for extra sauce every server that passed me asked me if I was helped and if I needed anything. Everyone is so friendly! Love coming here!

It was okay. Food was decent, but the chicken was just above McDonalds quality, thank God it was at least seasoned. Our waitress (Mary?) was alright. She wasn't rude but pretty clearly did not want to be there. The food is reasonably priced though, so if you're okay with your food and service being alright then yea this wasn't bad

I was slightly disappointed this visit. We got seated and the waitress that came over was super friendly and helpful at first. We placed our order and waited for our drinks. Someone else brought our drinks. At this point we have drinks but no napkins or silverware. It's not an issue so far but my frozen drink was extremely full so as soon as I stirred it of course it spilled. It wasn't much so no biggie. Now our food is here and we still have no napkins or silverware. We ask the person that brought our food(not our waitress) could we get napkins and silverware. She makes a big deal about us not having any and brings napkins. We're sitting there still waiting for silverware and after about 5 minutes our waitress finally comes over and asks how everything was. At this point I'm irritated and I let her know we can't eat because we don't have silverware. She brings it back and of course I'm over the night because on top of that it's freezing in there. I start eating and my food is already starting to get cold. I ended up getting a to go box. It was so cold I couldn't even wait for my boyfriend to pay. I went to the car and waited for him. The waitress was great when she interacted with us but not making sure we had utensils to eat was a big letdown. Having to then sit trying to get someone's attention and I'm freezing really killed my vibe. I frequent this establishment and will go again but tonight was not a good one.

The food here was horrible and the cleanliness of the restaurant was filthy. Walls had food splashed on them. The lighting had old food stuck to it. The table was super dirty. Also the fact that the manager was sitting and watching tv drinking his coffee and not inspecting the restaurant for cleanliness shows that this place is passed the point of no return. AVOID THIS PLACE!!

Every time i order curb side i have to go inside and wait. Its definitely better to dine in than to do take out. Bartenders are friendy i had one server that wasnt attentive once but overall a good place other than take out

The food was great with awesome portions But when I tell you our waitress Aniya was Terrible she was absolutely horrible. I truly hated her waiting on us. I asked was the coffee fresh before I ordered it and she said yes but brought me old coffee then went and brewed fresh coffee after I complained. Not once did she refill our drinks but stayed at the table(booth) in of me(I was facing that direction). She continously walked by us (booth 23) a countless number of times. If this waitress represents the training Applebees' is giving to its servers I feel sorry for them. Thank goodness the hostess came to our rescue. Yes a very bad experience

We got here in less than an hour of them closing but we didn't know that until out waitress asked if we wanted a second beer, she informed us it was last call. Kudos to her! Also, food was great, and we never felt rushed. Our first time at this Applebee's. Definitely will stop back in on our trips to see the kids and Grandkids!

The waitress was super friendly and attentive as we waited for one other person in our group to join us. I guess the a.c. was to high for some other patrons in a certain section of the restaurant and they were kind enough to turn it off so they could enjoy themselves

My wife and I and some friends visited a week ago. The food was good but the service was outstanding! Robyn was our waitress and we could not ask for a more attentive, nice and welcoming person to assist us. We will be back and will request her section again. Thank you Robyn.

The food was not good and the service was worse. Our waitress never came back to refill our drinks and I had to chase her down to get the bill. When she finally brought the bill to the table I could smell where she had been drinking. The atmosphere was similar to that of a low end strip club. It was rough. Also she left my credit card unattended for about ten minutes. I will never go back.

Celebrated Wife birthday everything was great food was hot and delicious and prices weren't bad either.

Me and a good friend went to the Spence Ave Applebee's for a late birthday celebration. Our waiter was Reid and he was fantastic. The service was quick, hot and fresh. He went above and beyond with a awesome personality. We never went without a refill . I would definitely go back if he's working.

The food was good but the the server was a hot mess. She gave us the wrong drinks and then we asked for refills 2 times and she passed by our table 3 times and still didn't give us a refill. She sent it by someone else. Needless to say she didn't get a tip.

Placed an online order at around 9:50 pm. Website gave the option for curbside delivery until 11pm. Nothing noted about coming inside to pick up after dark. Arrived in designated parking spot at around 10:30. Food was estimated to be ready at 10:20. Sat for 15 minutes and decided to call inside and was told “they ask that you come inside after dark”. I’ve order many times after dark and curbside was available and delivered to my car. After coming inside the restaurant I was then informed that my order had been “misplaced” and that they would give a free dessert for the wait. Overall terrible experience. If you’re not offering curbside delivery, it would be nice to be informed of this BEFORE WE ORDER IT. And then my food was “misplaced”? Come on Applebees, do better!!

We had fast service. And the waitress was very polite. Our appetizers were very fresh. But the Alfredo need more sauce and be thicker and my state was a little too dry.
