Very poor service. I had my engagement here. Management acted very irresponsibly while the function was happening. There weren't enough people allocated for the work. The place wasn't cleaned properly. We had to ask clean it again. Any responsible person didn't come to check whether every thing is according to the schedule, there was only one waiter, and he had not properly informed about the schedule and everything got late. We requested to serve lunch at 12.15pm but it was around 1.15pm when lunch was ready. And no one from management even bothered to inform us the reason for delay and how long will it take to arrange the lunch buffet. Waiter said it will take some time and we kept waiting. Later we got to know that one item was missing from the menu and we complaint about it to the management. The management informed us that they had a mistake on their side. But when we asked for a refund (only the relevant amount) for that, they refused. They just simply overcharged us without providing the requested menu. Very disappointed.

Nice & Comfortable Cabana with a private pool. Worst service. Staff did not care about guests. Have to go to the office and ask again and again to get services and food which are included in the half board package. No food choices. They served a set menu to the room for dinner and breakfast. Foods are not worth for money.

We came yesterday and booked a deluxe room for day use and ordered lunch and beverages. The room, bed and washroom were clean. Foods were delicious and had good size portions too. The service was good, but there is room for improvement. Worth the price, and we had a wonderful time. We will visit again. Though we faced minor signal issues with Dialog calls, we understand that was beyond the hotel administration and probably a temporary issue with the Dialog itself.

We had a wonderful experience at the Green Serenity Holiday Resort. The place is ideal for functions, especially batch parties. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I highly appreciate the supportiveness of the staff. From the starter to the evening snack, plus the lunch, yes the quality and tastes of everything were outstanding. Thank you very much for the hospitality and I personally highly recommend the place.

Very poor service.. Went for a day out with 10 people.. (Rs. 2800 per person) Had the worst experience ever.. Could not believe that because some people say it's really good for weddings and stuff.. But this was the worst day out for us.. - Very poor and slow service.. We didn't get our lunch until around 3pm - The portion was unbelievably small and even 2 portions not enough for a person - Our package included the pool access and they had not cleaned the pool.. They said if we are ok we can use the uncleaned pool.. (We got a refund for the pool) - Any soft drinks we had was not chilled.. They put their soft drinks in the freezer after we arrived.. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Who does that.. - Washrooms were unclean.. Drunk people had left their presence all over the bathroom sink.. Overall the experience was really bad.. The good things are, - There's a ground you can play cricket in - There's space That's about it.. I do not recommend this place for a day out..

I had an amazing stay at this guest house last night! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. The service was outstanding - the staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay. At a glance this is a good place with good facilities. But it seems like they do not maintain the property well. Showers were broken and soap holders also were broken. Stayed there for a night and rats were running on the ceiling and cockroaches, spiders, bugs and many more insects were there during the stay. Food was terrible. Once you are done with a meal then you will definitely get some kind of a bad result cause of the food they serve. If you are checked in for cabans then the options you have for meals are very limited. If two heads are gonna share the cabana the meal has to be the same thing. if that is rice and curry then both of them are supposed to have the same. Because they do not serve different dishes as per the head count. This is a good place to stay if these things can be fixed by the staff.

We got 4 shearing room it was very clean and safe♥️. Bathroom also ok. They have large chicken koththu and rice. Thet one portion can eat 3 adults. Food aslo very good

It was a very pleasant lunch we had at Green serenity holiday resort. Perfect getaway from the concrete world. Peaceful location with a very good range of courses to dine in. Don’t forget to bring your swim gear as well. Don’t forget to call and let them know on your planned wedding, party or get together. Has a good garden and banquet halls for your indoor and outdoor events.

Amazing place. Nice view and has all the facilities. We had a special function here and it was really fun. Food was also good. A bit far from the main road tho, but there are buses and three wheels to go to the place so it's not too inconvenient in POV. Overall, a good experience ❤️🔥

This is a hotel situated a little bit far from Puttlam Kurunegala highway. Quiet please near Maguru oya. It provides both room facilities and reception hall facilities. A swimming pool is available. There are different types of rooms available. Food is average. It is a popular place for small events like batch get togethers and engagements.

My spouse and I recently had a rather disappointing experience at this hotel, and I feel compelled to share it to caution potential visitors. We were attending an event in the Kurunegala area and decided on this hotel based on positive reviews. Unfortunately, our stay did not live up to expectations. We initially booked a cabana room for the first night and a cabana with a plunge pool for the second, more than a month in advance, paying an advance fee through online transfer. A week later, our plans changed, and we needed to adjust our booking to just one night. I canceled the plunge pool room, as we found it not worth the price. Despite a phone confirmation of the change, we received no written confirmation. Upon check-in, we discovered that they had canceled the regular cabana instead of the plunge pool room. They refused to rectify the mistake, claiming the regular cabana was booked for another guest the next day. This miscommunication was not acknowledged, and the lady at the front desk displayed unprofessional behavior with a noticeable attitude. Despite their error, they refused any compromise and declined a refund for the advance payment. This behavior is far from what one expects from a hotel claiming to be decent. Forced to stay in a deluxe room, we endured disturbances from partying and singing men right outside our room until midnight. Such an experience raises serious questions about the hotel's reputation and decency. I hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Think twice before booking.

And there is a big play ground a clean pool too, the only bad thing was that the wind blown backwarrds, hitting sixes straightly was something impossible.hwever when you got almost everything you need what more you could ask for.
