When we came to the dining area there was no server available to take our order. We had to go and ask for a steward. And after taking our order it too about 50 minutes for the meals to arrive at our table. We had only 5 people in out group. We understood they have leas staff and it seemed they are doing the best to serve the customers. We saw only when the customers raise their voices they get served quickly, which by the way should not be the case. shall decently think twice before going to this place again.

I don't remember the number of times I went here, weddings, birthday parties, and concerts (Indoor / Outdoor). Overall, This is a great place to have a lot of fun, with a beautiful view of the river and a nice pool.  It's a little messy, and the food isn't always tasty; on other days, it's fantastic. Food is reasonably priced, but the cost of a small amount of liquor, as well as other fees such as corkage, has recently increased.

Good reception hall for weddings and functions and evening outdoor meetups. Great food options. Enough parking spaces available. There are lots of facilities (pool / kids play area / outdoor dining / river view / boat rides etc.) Service is bit slow n busy days. But all over service is good. Highly recommended!!

A great holiday resort surrounded by bolgoda lake and it has amazing views. I prefer this resort for small gatherings, parties and also for wedding functions. It is very popular for the views it has in the evenings. Outdoor area is preferred for hangouts. There's a badminton court adjacent to it which costs around 400 rupees per hour, which is less crowded and ideal for a sporting evenings. Place is clean and well maintained. Car park is adequate and plenty of space available. Recommended holiday resort, however the prices are bit above the average.

Disappointing Experience My family and I visited this restaurant over the weekend, hoping for a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, we were deeply disappointed. The food took an incredibly long time to be served, and when it finally arrived, it was lukewarm at best, nowhere near the hot and delicious meal we had anticipated. We brought this issue to the attention of the manager, but even after addressing our concerns, there was no improvement. It was evident that the staff was overwhelmed and unable to handle the volume of customers effectively. As a family with a child, we were looking forward to a nice outing, but this experience left a lot to be desired. We understand that busy periods can be challenging for any restaurant, but the lack of quality and service was simply unacceptable. We hope that the management takes our feedback seriously and addresses these issues promptly, as it is essential for a restaurant to meet customer expectations. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we cannot recommend this establishment to others.

This is the place where I normally go for swimming and recently I had dinner at Ramadia. Well I enjoyed it as it was tasty and if you are planing to visit this place during this pandemic it fine as they have implied the safety health rule in place. Best for family, bachelor parties and celebrations.

We had to urgently shift my sister's wedding here, just 4-days or so before the wedding. They were very organized, and accommodating within reason. Their service to get things done was good. The venue was arranged ahead of time. The food was very tasty, and adequate. Desserts were okay. The service staff were quite mechanical, some were quite polite and helpful, others were just. I'm impressed by it, especially given the circumstances.

Family dining place. Have waterfront cabins for private parties. The price is ok. The most favourite or served food item is fried rice. The staff is friendly. Service is fast. Ac/outdoor/ cabana/ and cabins are available. Got a fairly big parking.

This place have good lake view. Rooms are available either face to the lake or not face to the lake. Dinner was in outside. And breakfast was in inside but we can see the lake through transparency windows. Nights are verry beautiful in this hotel. I spent 3 days at hotel for a workshop. Meals no more varieties for the dinner and lunch. But to breakfast that are not same. And also gym, badminton code are available. So overall it is a good one.

We had a day outing with my family. It was an amazing day out by the river view. Food also tasty and prices are affordable. They have considerable parking space.

Ramadia Holiday resort is a wonderful place to spend the day for family gathering and the events. Food was very delicious and quantity is good. Sunday buffet price is valuable with the evening snack. I would like to give my special thanks to Mr. Ranesh who was coordinate with us very nicely and Mr. Dulaj has given very good service for us for Judge's Get together held on 18th June 2023. Had an extended family get-together... the management was known to a family member and the service was good... the pool was busy since there were a lot of ppl there for a day outing with buffet... the food was OK... ample parking was available...

Used to like this place. Food and location still nice as they were before. My last visit service was terrible. Waiter acted as if we were not welcomed in their place. He gave us the feeling that we were a trouble for them. Not friendly at all. Terrible.

Rooms are average but not great and smell damp and moldy, there is often extremely loud music that can be heard from other end of hotel that goes very late into night, so if you plan on sleeping here, no you don't, this is almost every night of the week and often with no warning. Ride service drivers don't seem to know how to get there and often will cancel ride or call you 5 times to try to find out how to get there. Wifi does not work 70% of time and rest of time it is really slow. Food is alright but will be a wait as is usually busy. Stay if you can get a good deal. The staff are.great and do their best to accomodate but the actual functions of hotel lets them down. Recommend only come for the parties but not to stay

Went for family dinner. Portion is large dishes such as fried rice/noodles. Sprinkled, tiny pieces of chicken and seafood in mixed rice. Hot butter cuttlefish was spicy and tasty. Value for money but appreciate quality of food to be improved with more meat/protein. No hassle in parking and ample area for it.

The sunday buffet day out package was not satisfactory at all. Firstly to point out was that the welcome drink wasn't served even after one hour. It was served only after one waiter was hunted down and brought to the table. The customer service is not satisfactory at all. Secondly, the the portion for fried chicken large was 1100 excluding the tax. And the dish was served with around 10 pieces of chicken nuggets.🤬shame. Why do they even mention " large" when it's not even deserved to say with how they serve. They have to enhance their organisation culture towards a more postive collaborative culture to serve the customers better.🤬🤬🤬it was just so pathetic. Wasted a lot of time waiting just to see the waiter bring the order, and again to fish the waiter to give another order🤬🤬as if we had gone to serve the hotel.🙁

Worst customer service ever Called the hotel to ask for an exception to make arrangements send someone else to collect the refundable deposit for the function we had one month ago.. explain them that the reason I can’t come and it’s an unavoidable circumstance. However they were not ready to listen and told management has to decide on that . Even if the person is hospitalized they can’t do anything .. Would not recommend the hotel to anyone .

I lost my shoes, Pool boy denies everything,, Not responsible, seems a theif. There was no other guest when it happened, Second time it happened here. Earlier days lost just an ordinary slippers , They treat you like u are categorised, People come here for their low price

Went there for a quick evening drink. Absolutely amazing place that is worth 5 stars for the price, drinks and foods were very affordable, had a nice view of the lake, friendly and welcoming staff members. Definitely will visit again

Lovely place and the rooms are neat tidy and wonderful view. The pub and outside area is a bit crowded on most days and i wouldn't recommend a seating outside for a couple . But it's a nice place to hangout with your family.

Bought their black forest gateau and it was very tasty. Even their soups and mocktails are tasty.. food i wont say much as there seems to be a degrading in its tastes through out the years

Went in an evening. The place was not crowded when we went there. The place is so calm and pewceful to spend an evening. The waiters were great and supportive. The location is also beautiful as it is by a river. So there is a great view which is ideal for photoshoots and a dayout. The pool is also spacious. The food is delicious and the price is also affordable. There is a reception hall also there. The parking space is adequate.

We went their for day-out pakage on sunday. Nice surrounding with a Bolgoda lake. There was a music all day and also nice swimming pool. Lunch buffet was so delicious foods with soup and desserts.

Good location for sure. Parking was easy on a weekday. We visited on a Thursday. Food at the restaurant was ok. Nothing special. Chicken battered and may be fried and cooked to make chicken dish. Hot batter mushrooms was better. Service excellent.

The food and the service are horrible. The food doesn't have flavour, and once a dish is run out on the buffet, it's left unattended, and the waiters at the banquets have a horrible attitude. Despite the location being amazing an advantaged, the service of the place had screwed it!

Food is good but the service is really bad. We orders lunch and desert and had to wait for more than two hours to get it. Serving trays are not well cleaned. Also had to wait for a long time to get the bill too (it was also billed for more items for what we have purchased) Very poor customer service.

Pretty large place, service is a bit slow but attentive, think they had an event at the time. It's a pretty chill spot with lots of outdoor seating. The prices are actually surprisingly easy on the pocket. Lots of food and alcohol for a large party of 8 was only 14k. Included two local alcohol bottles.

Was here for a lunch, the surrounding is good and beautiful but the service is almost 0. No one came to us to take order, after we call someone to get the order food take very long to be served. At some point we explain that we have time constraints and if they can serve quickly. But they failed. One of the plate we ordered we ask to pack for take a way. Food is average also.

The food was very very bad and the service was awful.The place and the surroundings are decent.Pool is not at all decent. Superb Badminton area. This place was superb and the quality was excellent before. But now its awful.

One of the greatest hotel. Food is delicious. And their customer service also good. My wedding was hold in their. They gave me & my husband to big help to arrange all the necessities in our wedding.

We went for Sunday buffet on 5th December.... They had cooked rotten meat for lunch.... Probably due to recent power cut.... Highly crowded. Runs on low staff... Had to wait for ages and run behind stewards to receive extra orders...No hygiene controls at all.

Location is lovely Space for children to play Team was friendly Food quality has dropped massively. We had cream of mushroom and cream of chicken. It was just flour dissolved in water.

I have been here several times for different functions. All the functions they have given a good customer service, Good foods for fair rates. It has few wedding halls, a restaurant, children play park with a nice river view. I preferred for evening function because of the unique view. You can have a delicious meals with your family members for a fair rates if you visit Ramadia.

A nice hotel in a very nice location. It gets very crowded on weekends. Good place to go for a dinner out with your family. The hotel consists of a play area for children and a well maintained pool. If you are looking for a function or stay out, it has the facilities for that as well. The food is delicious but the only concern that I faced was that there are not enough staff to service the visitors during weekends. You have to wait ages to get your service.

Location , room and foods were good. But not a calm place. Pool was good too and service was good. There are many functions and many people in the garden area so its not calm environment. Garden had kids area and boat rides was available. Not recommend for people who search for calm environment. Otherwise a good resort and can recommended.

This is a good place for eating out. The food is delicious and also clean and hygienic. Also good for a holiday outing. Has a swimming pool, beautiful surroundings and panoramic scenes at the edge of the river. I can recommend Ramadiya Ranmal not only to locals but also to foreigners too. The staff is helpful and friendly. That's one of the best places around the area for parties, weddings and any occasion.

Located in adjacent to the lake and the view is nice. There is a garden area with many toy items to play. And the pool and the baby pool makes the place kid friendly. One of the best places to bring your kids and let them enjoy.

Went there for lunch, food is below average. They were used to be so good before. But now only thing remain as same as earlier is only the good view. If you are looking for place to enjoy the view while having food this is one of best around moratuwa area. But sadly food is not great as it was.

I was there on June 2023 for Saturday dinner and we placed our ordered around 7.30PM and they delivered that around 9.30PM. We are around 15 members including few small children and at that time they almost done. While we ask about the delay one of the manage came and told that they place order incorrectly and will deliver soon but it took more than 2 hours to correct that. Really disponing service from the staff and mainly from the manager as well.
