Untrained staff 2. Non professional staff behaviour 3. Carelessness at Cash counter. 4. Not respecting the customers right of first come first serve. 5. While packing the sales staff do not care for hygiene. 6. Beggars at main entrance of shop/bakery will not leave until they are paid some charity. (You have to must pay otherwise you will be forced to go back). 7. No shade or shelter for customers bike.

A shop at the heart of the city is availing opportunities and gaining a good quantity of customers, just due to luck. The present staff is always confused and not paying desired attention to customers, but the bakery is good and other items prices are normal.
