Bought Small Pizza from Food panda. First the rider took almost 1 hour to deliver. Once arrived noticed Pizza was cold, crust was terribly burned as well found hair in pizza. Broadway used to be amazing, affordable and great quality, but now its become horrible.

The cheese pizza is overpriced and a lot expensive as compared of ones offered by it's competitors. Pakistani Pizza maker use different/inferior quality of cheese which makes it taste bad. Neat and clean place.. family restaurant l.. excellent service... although they r multinational leading brand but very poor response to customer complain.

Never ever order from them at home. They will send you whatever they like, with less topping or heaps of cheap topping (If you pay for topping). I ordered Arabic Ranch instead they sent some sort of alien pizza with heaps of cheap and salty toppings. If you like to have Broadway's then go to their franchise and enjoy.

Went there for dinner with family, ordered 1 Arabic ranch Pizza Large, 1 South western sandwich, 1 BBQ ranch pasta, 1 Picy garlic ranch pasta. Food Quality was below average, tasteless Pizza and Pasta both, food looked good but didn’t taste good. South western sandwich was somehow eatable. Overall the food is overpriced, wouldn’t go there again and wouldn’t recommend to foodies who like spicy and delicious food. The bill was overcharged, and corrected later on when I noticed. So be careful to check yours.

They sent us down to a different hall that was almost empty even though the ground floor hall was full empty where we had wanted to sit. The service was slow and they brought a bill with items I never ordered. They did change it but what if I had overlooked it.

First of all, the greetings were so good, the behaviour of that miss was so good, about service, it was good enough to be appreciated, & the taste was amazing. Environment was somewhat noisy & the music/songs collection wasn't so good.....but, overall experience was nice. In Hyderabad, it is one of the finest places to eat at.

Just visited the place with family. Deals were really good to choose from. Taste was near authentic. Choice of dip sauces was great as well. Service was excellent indeed. Ambience was good but needs some improvement. Staff was very friendly specially Mr.Akram and a lady ( forgot her name). Overall experience was good as compared to other fastfood chains in Hyderabad.
