Nice fountain with a comercial twist, its a good place for lovers if they want to conmemorate their eternal love, but its a marketing ploy that is very in your face

Cute place for “professing your eternal love.” Couples of many nationalities come here to purchase a lock, write their names and date on it, and add it to the thousands of locks already there. I am not sure if they ever remove some to make way for new ones, but I did see that they add more metal holders as space becomes limited. The store to buy your lock is right next to the fountain. There’s no entrance fee to the actual fountain. Keep in mind that if you throw a coin or key to the fountain, as some people do while making a wish, it will be removed. In order to maintain the pH and quality of the water in the fountain they remove what is tossed to it after a while.

A must stop if you're in Gramado. Place really isn't big enough for you to miss it if your walking the Central District. Better yet, go down the street a block and hit the Fritz Haus for so w cold beer and sausages

Great place for couples for photography

Enjoyable. Right next to the lively church.

Meh. Buying a lock from the local shops cost something like R$30,00, and there will be photographers around trying to sell you professionally taken photos for a few more bucks. Not my type of program.

The local tradition consists of placing a lock with your name and the name of a person you love at the fountain then throw the coin in the water :)

Fonte do Amor Eterno in Gramado is an enchanting spot, exuding a romantic ambiance that's truly heartwarming. A must-visit for couples seeking a special moment in this charming town.

Shops sell locks and hearts for about ~$6usd to put on the fence around the fountains.

A little overrated. Cool, but usually MOBBED with tourist couples who have paid a professional photographer to take pictures of them kissing. Gack, give it a miss.

I didn't know this place was so meaningful. Happy we stopped by. There is a phone store in front of it that has great iPhone prices.

Especially you should go with your girlfriend or wife. Because exotic time ;)

Night illumination makes it hard to get decent pictures, but it's a okay place to visit. The restaurants around it are quite good.
