Service was great. Food was horrible. The fries and chicken were very stale and chewy. I don't understand how they could mess this up, it's just fries and chicken nuggets. Didn't receive a receipt in drive thru on 11/16/2023

When this location first opened the service was great. Then the corporate owners left and a black void of customer service appeared. Good thing there are other fast food places on the way to work. Y'all need some Chic Fil A training.

Every time I’ve been to this location something has been wrong. Also I came here not long ago and either their ice cream machine was already broken (go figure) or for some reason they had none. I haven’t eaten inside but I had to go in to fix my food. Where are the drink machines inside? Why don’t they have any, can you not get refills?

I went to get an egg Mc muffin, I asked for well done, they gave me a burnt one. If I wanted a burnt one I would have asked for one. And they don’t give you a receipt.

So far I have received good service and good food. This location is new, but they are doing great and their ice cream machine still works, for now…lol

My experience here was a 10/10 I came in contact with the guy named Cameron he made sure my order was correct and fresh and his customer service was excellent we need more people like Cameron in the fast food facilities this was the best McDonald’s experience I’ve had in months

Food was what you expect from McDonald’s so it was fine. The girl who took our order was not polite.

As per usual I ordered online and after waiting in line for 20min they asked me what I was waiting for !?? Another 10 min passed and I received the wrong order only for them to be rude about it and having to wait another 20 min. I hope management does something about their staff and customer service. There are 3 McDonald's in the area and this one is by far the worst one
