😠 Horrible place. My mother in law is there and they have not been helping her get strong enough to transfer to a rehab facility. PT hardly spends time in there, they tell her on the weekends that they wont help her into her wheelchair because it takes two people and they have a skeleton crew on weeke... Horrible place. My mother in law is there and they have not been helping her get strong enough to transfer to a rehab facility. PT hardly spends time in there, they tell her on the weekends that they wont help her into her wheelchair because it takes two people and they have a skeleton crew on weekends. I asked them to help her into her chair on a sunday.. when I asked, there were at least 7 people sitting at the nurses station but that was the answer I got. She went 2 whole days without ice chips/water. Her lips were were so chapped and cracked that they were bleeding. They complained about having to put her on a bed pan. She had 2 bowel movements and felt like she needed to go again so they came in and told her they were just gonna leave her on the bed pan because they didnt believe she had to "go." Rude, unprofessional, inattentive staff in the ICU unit.

My husband spent two weeks at Sagecreast. We found nurses/doctors/PT/all personnel helpful in getting my husband ready for skilled nursing. I would highly recommend Sagecreast to help your love one get a speedy recovery.

Sagecrest cares more on patient health and treatment over the cost. Unbelievable place! Thank you so much for taking great care of my mom. Your entire staff went above and beyond in taking care of her. She was happy there and unfortunately when they transferred her to another hospital for her heart condition she passed away. She only wanted to be there and I thank you for making sure ahe was comfortable while staying at your facility. Sagecrest is a place where families can leave without the worries of how they are being treated because the patient is considered family.

Three years ago, Sagecrest had a bad reputation. When looking for place for my husband to have Long Term Acute Care, we talked with the IC'U Staff at Bedford Hospital, and they informed us of the change at Sagecrest. Everyone spoke highly of the new management. My son, daughter, and son-in-law came with me to see the place for ourselves. We couldn't be happier with our decision to trust my husband's care with Sagecrest. The facility, the equipment and the professional staff are well trained to assist my husband with his care.

My mother had to spend a couple weeks at this hospital. I found the staff very attentive to our mom and accommodating to our family. Our family always had someone spend the night with mom, sleeping on a couch that extended into a bed or in a lounge chair. The rooms are large and the patient to staff ratio is unbelievable.

Update 10/22) So my dad was released last week and I promised I'd come back to edit my review once he was. So here i am. 5 stars is not enough. This place has forever changed the way that I'll look at Medicare run hospitals. If I were a professional critic I wouldn't be able to think of a single negative thing to say. I guess my advice is, if you need something, ask for it, they will go out of their way to make your stay happy . Earlier review: Im very happy with the way they are treating my dad. The CEO herself personally listens to and addresses patient concerns. Dean is extremely compassionate and everything a nurse should be and so much more. The doctors are attentive and even come on weekends. Farzana the night nurse supervisor is an absolute angel. If I were to list how good helpful she has been it would take up this whole review. Lets just say that i know her intentions are pure and she really does care. There are so many good people here. I think they are more attentive than the STAC hospitals. These people really work hard and try their best to go the extra mile. If you are considering Sagecrest for a LTAC keep an eye on my review because as you can see if you check my other reviews I occasionally update them and I can promise you that as long as their review is up then Sagecrest is a good hospial .

I was very pleased with the three weeks of care I received at Sagecrest. It proved to be an ideal recovery facility following major surgery at one of the "big" hospitals.

👍👍 The receptionist was kind and greeted us upon arrival. She asked for basic information to check us in to be seen. My kid was moved quickly into a private room. She was seen by Dr Williams and Nurse Elizabeth who were great. They ran all the needed test and took great care of my kid. I took a seat in...
