Best waterpark in DFW. Amazing river walk, pools, water slides, drinks and food. We go at least once every summer. The hotel is amazing too

Loved this mini water park as part of my experience at the Gaylord Texan. The lazy river is great for adults and kids too and there are two other different water areas for kids and adults. The food and drink choices there are very good too and a free shuttle from the Gaylord every 5 minutes makes it very convenient.

We rode our bikes a short distance from the hotel to get here. It was fun. This is definitely a place to bring the kids to tire them out. There are shaded areas for relaxing. Too many children for us to stay very long as we had left our girls at home. We preferred the hotel pool for relaxing. The lazy river is fairly small with lots of water features to avoid if you are floating with a beverage. The food was good poolside fare, but you have the full hotel kitchen at your disposal at the hotel poolside. There are plenty of lifeguards and everyone seemed to be having a blast there. Many locals. I had a good sandwich and a good beer here and we stayed an hour or so and continued on to Grapevine.

Even though it smaller, I prefer this water park over great wolf lodge. All outdoor only open through the summer, but much more relaxing. Not only young kid focused, but inclusive to all ages.

Absolute best bang for our buck. However, the water park hours should be extended. We checked in at 4:30, got settled into our rooms, then changed into our bathing suits. We arrived at the water park at 6:15 and were immediately informed that the park would be closing in 30 minutes, although closing time was 7:00. And we were directed to the exit gates promptly at 6:45. However, we checked out the next day at 10 a.m. and went directly to the water park to enjoy some more fun. They also have a pool on property at the resort that closes at midnight. So a good time was had by all!!! Definitely will be going back!

Paradise Springs is a great place to go and is free for overnight guests to the Gaylord Texan. The shuttle bus runs back and forth all day and is even wheelchair accessible with a ramp. During the week (even in high summer), it's not necessary to reserve a lounge chair if you get there within the first hour or two that it opens, however as the day progresses, there are less of the first come first served chairs available. I'm not sure about weekends. There's plenty here to keep the kids entertained for hours, although we wished there weren't rules about not bringing coolers and food in. You're forced to try and sneak snacks in or pay the exorbitant prices at the cantina. We opted to sneak stuff in. All in all, a fun way to spend the day.

This place is the best!!! My son and his friend had a great time. I advise that you arrive early if you don't book a cabana. We saved our seats and put our towels down and had no problems walking away from our seats. Towel are complimentary and unlimited. You can rent a safe to valuables in. The safe also has an ice chest to keep drinks cold. The service is top notch!!!

Great Waterpark! Included if you are a guest at Gaylord Texan. 4 wristbands for a regular room, 6 wristbands for the Executive suite. They have a little trolley that takes you back and fourth.

It was pretty small but it was fun and very intimate. I didn't understand why there was so many people behind the counter doing nothing and took a while to get all the way in. But it was ok. Also they didn't serve food unless it was room service from the hotel.

Paradise Springs is a cool little water park. This park does have a lazy river. Decent food and drinks. I recommend this place on a hot Texas day.

Such a great experience and wonderful place for the kids! Love all the pools and things to do. Zipline, several slides, waterworks, dunking buckets, spas, Lazy river, and more. The pool side service is attentive and the food was great!

Loved this place! We went during the week less crowded. Food and drinks delicious and fresh Restrooms were very clean with an attendant on site. Was able to charge everything to our room.

Always a blast. Our family pays extra to get a cabana and we make a day or weekend out of it. The kids wear themselves out with all of the fun. Only hotel guests are allowed so we have never experienced over crowding. Great family fun. A perfect stacation if you are local. Safe the agony of a road trip "are we there yet" and the price of gas and book a night at the Gaylord for some family fun in the sun.

Booked the water park day package at the Gaylord which advertised as Paradise Springs only to arrive and find out 70% of the slides were not open and the side that is Paradise springs were completely closed. We were left with a Lazy River, kids pool and 1 small slide. Lunch was limited with only 4 items on the menu (chicken nuggets, hot dog, chicken taco or Caesar salad. They were out of Tea and 4 chicken nuggets, 3 hot dogs cost over $100. We had to pick up our own food and bus our own table but the bar was adamant about a tip. Parking was a challenge and additional cost of $25 which is par the course with this experience.

What a cool place and a great bonus to your Gaylord stay. Lots of kid friendly fun and water slides to boot. I didn’t like how you have to pay $30 per chair if you want a seat up front, seems pricey and they are almost always empty. But the food is good and easily accessible. Servers will find you as you relax, which is nice, just remember to tip well. You must take the trolly from the Gaylord hotel as there really is no parking onsite. Highly recommended for any family looking for kid fun activities.

Busy day nice area though, we enjoyed the lazy river the most. I did think there were a lot of beach chairs that were blocked off as reserved which was frustrating but if you can do that, it would be smart to make sure you have a good spot to lay out. We went as guests of the resort hotel and got 4 passes per room.

Went there to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary with the family and we had so much fun the water park was included with the stay, service is excellent, it was the holiday weekend so restaurants were packed and mostly booked but we still had an amazing time! Highly recommended for all type of vacations or staycations.

I purchased a resort pass to the pool. Get there early as parking takes time. You need to park in the garage and then go to the lobby then the to the end of the hotel to wait for the pool shuttle to come and pick you up to take you to the pool. All the lounge chairs along the front of the pool are reserved for an additional cost. I liked that there are plenty of shaded areas with umbrellas. Food was good and reasonably priced. Pool staff was very friendly and helpful.

We used resort pass, it was not crowded, but school had just started back. It's not exactly a water park, certainly much more than a resort pool. Mix of people with young kids, teenagers and a few groups/ adult couples. Vegas style pool party no, college 1st weekend back blow out, no. A nice place with some slides, food, great attentive staff yes. Not sure why a cabana is $400. Unless it includes private dances and consensual adult contact, what it the $400 for? A curtain?

👍 It's a pretty cool place to visit. There are lots of things to look at, and you can easily lose track of time in there. This can get very pricey very quickly for a lot of people. A group of 4 adults can average $200+, which was a huge turn-off for our group to return in the future. Yes, they have p...
