Left Luggage Service Only (Sept 2023). Right across street from train station. Clean place. Lovely clerk who helped us out; spoke English. She even provided us with a city map. We arrived to Nimes a couple of hours early and our apartment was not ready. Hotel Vertigo provided us with ease and trust to watch our luggage while we explored Nimes freely. Easy pickup. 5€/bag for all day storage.

It's been years since I spent a night in a dormitory accommodation, but the experience has been nice and evoked quite some memories of long gone Interrail backpacking days. Hotel Vertigo features super-friendly staff, a good bar, spacious bathroom and shower facilities and an amazing rooftop terrace. I will always remember sipping my pastis up there, listening to good music and observing the young people enjoying their time. Very convenient is the hotel's location just next door to the train station. It is just a short walk to the oldtown.

Great Service, the staff is very helpful and accommodating. Great, simple rooms with AC and a great Location right outside of the Train Station (still rooms are quiet). Also comes with a cool rooftop bar and the city is amazing. There’s really not much more to say except that maybe it would be nice to have some soap in the bathrooms for washing hands 🙌.

Great location and service staff. The rooms are clean and simple. I would stay again. However, the double room was a tiny little on the expensive side for what one gets. Location and staff make up for it.

Best location ever right next to train station, and superb air conditioning. I came here at the end of a 1,000km bicycle trip in mid-August...it was a hot day (41 degrees) and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Air-conditioning throughout is modern (cooled to 24 degrees in my dorm room even when the weather was roasting outside). Super clean, good breakfast, excellent vibes. Highly recommend!!

I was only here for a night, so the proximity to the train station was super helpful! The bar had a weird mildew smell when I arrived, but my room was clean and cold from the air conditioning, which I really appreciated. There are lockers, and the beds are just basic metal bunk beds with no curtains. My only gripe with the dorm room is the shower, which just sends water everywhere! The price is fair enough, and the location is pretty good too, although Nîmes is small and walk-able anyways. I didn't get much interaction with my fellow travelers here, and it seemed overall like a pretty chill environment.

Perfect location. Very friendly staff who speak English very well. The rooms were perfectly clean. They have a kitchen you can use, and an elevator for easily carrying your luggage. Overall, very accommodating, especially for the price. This was my favorite hostel in France!

Great service. Really helpful staff. Located right opposite the train station with a bar downstairs. The room was kind of hot and stuffy with no AC and there weren’t the privacy curtains that some hostels have. Was great for one night but I don’t know if I would stay for more.

Great location, close to the railway station. The room was large, clean an comfortable. No frills and the bathroom door was broken with a polite note to say 'Sorry'. The staff were great and spoke excellent English. When you stay here the roof top veranda is a must, especially in the evening. Superb value.

this is a hostel. the terrace on the top is really beautiful 😍 on the other side, don’t wait the service like at the hotel even if you pay for the private room (I mean there is no daily cleaning etc). for big towel you have to pay extra (there is only hand towel in the room for free). and one really bad thing was the window to the stairs, so whole night there was light when somebody walked through stairs. the best of this place is the location that is right next to the train station.

Really amazing hostel, everything is new and modern. There is A/C in the rooms and you can chill on the rooftop terrace when its not too hot. Staff super friendly as well.

Definitely one of the best hostels I've been to if not the best. Clean rooms, bar and rooftop, right next to the train station and only a few minutes walk to the arena and city center. Not to mention the awesome staff (they might even help you learn to speak French)

Right in front of the train station but don't let that scare you. The place is very quiet and clean. The staff is genuine and very friendly. The best bang for your buck in Nimes.
