    For the money I spent here, I received horrendous service. I took a 30 year old ring in to have the stone reset in a different band. Mindy was patient with helping me choose a new band but that was the only good thing about my experience. Mindy said it would take about 2 weeks, it ended up taking 4 weeks with no follow up call to let me know it would be longer than promised. When I finally got back to pick up the ring, it was a half size too small even though the original order was for my correct size. She said it would take about a week to correct it. After 2 weeks I had to call to find out the status of my ring and it was ready. How come I didn't receive a call? I left with my ring only to discover later that night the stone was dangerously loose. I had to go back and I was told it would be 2-3 days to fix it. Once again I had to wait 2 weeks in which I called to find the status, which it was ready. Didn't get a call again. When I got there, Mindy was with other customers and a gentleman at the counter helped me. Mindy spoke up and said the stone was loose because of the resizing, I wouldn't even acknowledge her. Why would you not check the full condition of the ring? If I didn't discover the stone loose, I could have easily lost it. I received the stone (my birth stone) from my parents 30 years ago. I would have been devastated if I lost it and I'm still concerned it could slip out since I don't trust the craftsmanship of the work. I will have it looked at by another jeweler a friend recommended. I try to shop local and love recommending small businesses to other people. I am actually going out of my way to ensure people know not to go here. Jewelry can be very personal to people and for the money people spend, a jewelers should take better care of their customers.

    Came in for an appraisal of my mom's old jewelry and received a patient, thorough, and knowledgeable appraisal. When I asked what the appraisal cost was, I was told there was no charge, only that if I ever wanted to sell they were interested. This kind of investment in future customers is rare and appreciated. I will definitely be back with other jewelry needs or to sell some pieces. Highly recommend.

    No confidence in this jeweler. Did not check jewelry when returned from being worked on - wrong size ring returned see you can see below - should be over the 7. Will only give refund if I drive all the way back there to prove it. No jeweler should ever have to ask this - ever! NOT HAPPENING - WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. By ‘contacting for an hour’ you mean the ONE email from a payment source? The ring is 1/2 size off if you would have bothered to check. The refund should have been immediately applied. UPDATE: they never gave the refund! AGAIN, avoid at all costs!

    It was always a good experience until my husband's watch was lost. It's been months and it's no where to be found. This watch has sentimental value because it was a gift from my sister who passed away. When he calls, he's told they're still looking for it.

    I would not recommend this business. After seeing 2 diamond rings I liked, I emailed to ask some additional questions. After a week without a response I left a voicemail message (the recording said they were out and would be returning, but that date was 2 weeks in the past). I did not receive a response. I tried once more a few days later and Mindy answered. I was told she's been busy and in and out and would look for my email later that day and respond. I never heard from her. It's now been 3 weeks. I have purchased my rings from a reputable jeweler who was highly responsive and designed exactly what I was looking for.

    Will never go back here!!!! my 78 year old mother brought ankle bracelet in for small repair 60.00 she never called with estimate give people a chance to fix or not to fix seniors are on fixed incomes we have choices to shop around don't just do what you want!!! Poor customer service!!

    I cannot say enough good words about Mindy and her husband. They took such a extreme care to custom make my wedding band. I went in not wanting to change the setting of my engagement ring because it belonged to my mother in law. Mindy designed a custom band to perfectly fit my engagement ring. They even went so far as to give us a wedding gift!! That was beyond sweet and surpasses any customer service I’ve ever received! There are no words that would suffice in expressing my gratitude. You guys are the best!!

    They sized my engagement ring and did a wonderful job. They custom made my husbands ring and even took the time to match the color and clarity to mine since they had mine in for resizing. I purchased the ring in New York and was looking for a local place to service it that I could trust. They did a wonderful job...QUICK and fair prices.

    PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE THIS JEWELER. THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED TO SAFEKEEP THE JEWELERY YOU GIVE THEM TO WORK ON. I've used this jeweler before to detangle chains and for a watch battery. Some months ago, I brought in three tangled chains and a ring to resize. When I went to pick these up, the ring had been resized, but the chains were still tangled. The owner apologized, asked me to give her another week and stated that there would be no charge. I returned approximately two weeks later and one of the items I had given them to detangle was missing. It was a locket that was my mom's. I have no idea the monetary value, but the sentimental value is great. My mom passed away many years ago. The owner asked me to give her a couple of days to look for and locate it. About a week later after not hearing back, I called. This was the Saturday before Labor Day. She asked me to give her until Tuesday. I heard nothing and reached out again by phone and left a message. I received no response. I called again and she told me it still wasn't found but said she would do a thorough check to find it. So, a thorough check wasn't done prior? I expressed my great frustration that she never reached out to me to keep me informed and updated. I had to repeatedly contact her. I spoke to the owner this week, and the locket has not been found. Their business is to safekeep the jewelry they get from clients so the same jewelry can be returned to the client. This is inexcusable. I'm so angry and there is no way to make restitution. Find a reputable jeweler; don't take any chances with this one.
