If
you
use
this
jeweler
be
sure
you
have
all
the
time
in
the
world
to
wait
for
your
repair
and
plenty
of
money!
I
brought
in
two
bracelets
for
simple
clasp
change
outs
and
it
took
over
three
weeks
and
3
phone
calls
to
have
them
completed.
When
I
finally
spoke
to
Zeke
and
expressed
my
disappointment,
his
response
was
“my
customer
service
might
not
be
great,
but
the
quality
of
my
work
is
very
good.”
I’m
in
the
customer
service
industry
myself
and
that
excuse
is
not
acceptable!
If
you
can’t
handle
the
work
load
and
you’re
running
a
one
man
show,
either
quote
the
customer
with
an
accurate
timeline
or
don’t
take
on
the
job.
Customer
service
should
always
take
a
high
priority
or
you’ll
end
up
getting
bad
reviews.
Such
as
this
one…there
are
plenty
of
other
jewelers
to
go
to
who
will
surely
value
their
customer
service
because
they
want
to
continue
their
relationship
with
the
customer
or
would
like
to
continue
to
get
good
reviews.
Zeke
doesn’t
seem
very
concerned
about
his
bad
service.
I
definitely
would
NOT
recommend
this
jeweler
or
ever
use
him
again!
You
can
even
see
in
the
picture
that
the
new
clasp
is
not
even
in
proportion
to
the
actual
bracelet.
