I took my father here to help him get his watch adjusted so that it fits his wrist perfectly. Super cute and clean shop I was greeted by a cute friendly dog. The owner is genuinely good people. He does good business. He didn't charge me anything simply because it was such an easy fix. He helped me adjust it so that it fits my dad's wrist perfectly. I highly recommend this shop. He is not out to rip any one off. Thank you again sir.

I am very satisfied with the quality of work from this jewelry store. We found Bejeweled after we had a custom necklace made at Barron Jewelers that was done so poorly and took twice as long as initially estimated. Zeke fixed the necklace and it looks so beautiful. We took a few more things here and everything was done on time or ahead of schedule. I really like the vibe and attitude of this jewelry store. It's really important for me to feel educated and heard while dealing with my jewelry.

I can't say enough about how amazing Bejeweled is! I first went there for a repair and then went there a second time to reset my engagement ring. Everyone there is beyond knowledgeable, kind, and does exceptional work. Zeke's custom designs and craftsmanship are like none other. He is not just a jeweler but truly an artist. Phenomenal work, I was blown away by the quality of the custom ring Zeke made for my wife! It is a work of art. I brought my own diamond for the center stone and first thing they did after it was complete was put the ring under the microscope and had me verify the GIA certification number on the stone. Very trustworthy folks here.

If you use this jeweler be sure you have all the time in the world to wait for your repair and plenty of money! I brought in two bracelets for simple clasp change outs and it took over three weeks and 3 phone calls to have them completed. When I finally spoke to Zeke and expressed my disappointment, his response was “my customer service might not be great, but the quality of my work is very good.” I’m in the customer service industry myself and that excuse is not acceptable! If you can’t handle the work load and you’re running a one man show, either quote the customer with an accurate timeline or don’t take on the job. Customer service should always take a high priority or you’ll end up getting bad reviews. Such as this one…there are plenty of other jewelers to go to who will surely value their customer service because they want to continue their relationship with the customer or would like to continue to get good reviews. Zeke doesn’t seem very concerned about his bad service. I definitely would NOT recommend this jeweler or ever use him again! You can even see in the picture that the new clasp is not even in proportion to the actual bracelet.

Took a diamond and Tanzanite tennis bracelet to them for a clasp that was already replaced once by another jeweler. They told us it would be about three to 4 weeks. We asked for a rush as we were going vacation. They got it back to us in 2 weeks. They are very friendly and put a clasp on that is way better than the first two. I highly recommend them.

Dropped off a tangled & mangled pearls on gold chain necklace. The condition was unsalvageable. They replaced the entire length of chain for the price of their untangling service, under $20. Great work and much appreciated.
