Don't understand why they moved from a big store to a smaller store hardly anything there better to shop on line more choice.

I used to love new look but it seems to have gone down a bit ,I always bought something from there but lately there's not much there

Went into new look on a trip to Liverpool really well set out and a lovely lady who served me

Went in with a friend was OK but the till staff where talking more about there socal lives and going out that night than actually paying attention to the customer.

It's fine. Went to pick up an online order for my girlfriend. Waiting at the till upstairs for ages without anyone noticing I was there. Saw a member of staff (she was busy tbf) but still made eye contact and chose to ignore me. Went to the changing room area and they lady that finally got me my order sorted was super polite and helpful.

Disappointing staff which are very rude. Was midway through being served and they just walked off and went on their break outside the shop, extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Didn't seem to be any staff communicating with each other and no manager in charge, just all over the place. Clothes were strewn on the floor, racks of clothes in the middle of the floor and the shoes had marks on them. Has gone bit a downhill, like shopping there a lot, wish it gets better again.

I went in for a pair of summer shoes/sandals but they seem to think all women can walk around in heeled shoes I can't I wanted flat ones they had none apart from them horrible crocs

Went in for a coat that was on the ground floor.. there were no assistants to ask so went upstairs and an assistant helped me

Absolutely love standing waiting for my wife and daughter to try on 100 outfits to buy 2 . A great way to spend your day 🤢😭🤣😂

Waited in the que for ages then got told collections were upstairs waited for ages in that que to pick up my online order and also payed for a jacket I had seen in store. Got home and the security tag is still on it 😭

This newlook is rubbish compared to the old one. Its a much smaller shop , alot of the clothes on the online shop are not in the store and there is alot more branded clothing than newlooks own.

My teenage daughter loves the ballet style shoes for school (I prefer the more robust brogue styles but I am the older parent!). Credit due, they do seem to last and they're a good price too

New look has been downsized since the move to Liverpool one.The problem is the size range is very limited. I didn't see any sizes above a 22 and there is no curve section.I was looking to purchase a top for that day as a present , The colleague tried to help me by offering to order the item I wanted online. But I could have done that at home .

12.11.23, went to try a dress on at 4.30 and the young girl stormed pass me and told me I couldn’t try the dress I had in my hand.. as the changing room was shut now when there was people in there, and had just walked in there, I said what time do you shut she said 5:30 I said well why can’t I try the dress on I’ll be two minutes, she was so nasty, and rude, i will never shop with you again.. I wouldn’t come in last minute this was 1 hour before you was shutting.. disgusting behaviour.

What an amazing sales assistant her name was Grace took 2 tops there was a massive que Grace was so calm.polite helping me so much with trying to sort out my refund. She is an absolute credit to new look .Amazing at her job funny plenty of smiles a pure delight to be served by her Keep up the good work.Grace

Much smaller shop than it used to be but plenty of good priced items ,well stocked and staff really friendly .autumn stock arrived and some good bargains in shoes for party season .

Not very big shop , clothes seem too be few and far between. Need s more space and more clothes.

Actually the worst service I've ever experienced and from a 'temporary' manager. Took a pair of sandles back which I had worn once for 5 minutes (labels still on them) and the buckle had clearly come off. This managers attitude was absolutely discusting interrogated me saying she had two sets the same which "hadn't broke" I explained to her it is clearly a manufacturing fault and I will be happy to swap for another set of sandles but oh no she had me stood for atleast 25 minutes trying to trace a receipt and ringing the store in St helens asking them to look up the purchase 2 weeks ago! She then said i couldn't have the refund and I said well you can clearly tell they have not been wore and it wasn't fair. Finally she told me to go an look for some other sandles after 25 minutes of arguing and interrogation towards me. Finally she come over and apologised and said she'd found the purchase after humiliation infront of a shop full of people. This is absolutely discusting customer service!! Get your act together new look because I was a customer and no longer will be!

Nice shop, good layout and I like how sections will be colour coded/with things that go together, really helpful to find things. Nice staff, very friendly.

Tiny store, very rarely find anything in here, the accessories department in particular is always extremely disappointing. They have put a curve section in now, but I wouldn't waste your time looking as it's so small.

Went in too have a look around on this occasion couldn't see anything that caught my eye. Overall I do like next a lot

Queued to get my click and collect order , when I got to the till was told politely that you have to collect from the fitting rooms from the above floor which I find totally bizarre

Clothes marked up wrong, then spoken to by the member of staff like I was stupid for asking for a refund when purchased two t shirts meant to be 2 for £16 but she charged £20 each she tried telling me they weren't on that offer when the rest of the t shirts were all on the same rail.

The prices have gone up quite a bit. Still a good selection of clothes.

Girl on till very polite but left security tag on blazer, no alarm went off. Only noticed when I got home
