The hype is real and deserved. Delicious Japanese cuisine in a beautiful hip space with excellent attentive servers and amazing food. I am an American and are the sushi, ice, etc - everything is clean and amazing and safe. My sashimi was amazing 🍣 and so fresh. The truffle Miso was to die for. The okonomiyaki was a fun yummy and unique take on a classic comfort food. Well return!!!

Best place for sushi in India. The fish is so fresh. Chef Vlad is there for all you could ask for. Presentation is above and beyond. A must stop for all seafood lovers.

Without a doubt, this is one of the best dining venues in New Delhi. The cuisine is beyond comparison, the presentation is exquisite, and the service provided by Shivam and the rest of the servers, including Ms. Ananyuri, is extraordinary. As regular patrons, my friends and I have become part of the culinary family here. Head Chef Vladimir and his team treat us like celebrities, ensuring every bite is delectable. The dedication of Chef Ashish, Chef Deepak, Chef Ankit, and Chef Sonu is evident in their creation of stunning dishes. Each chef pours their passion into every culinary masterpiece, resulting in a truly remarkable experience. This restaurant is an absolute must-visit. I highly recommend the seared tuna, the pork dish, tempura shrimp, teriyaki chicken, or any of their stunning handcrafted rolls. Additionally, their skillfully crafted cocktails are not to be missed.

Visited three out of the five nights I've been in Delhi. Chef Vladimir and the whole crew took great care of us every time we visited, going above and beyond. Food was innovative and ingredients were fresh. Oh, and the oscietra caviar was amazing ;-) Looking forward to being back here again.

One of the best japanese food in aero city The ambience is perfect for date, good japanese with drinks, or business meeting High quality food, must try the miso black cod Staff are very service minded, always ready to help especially Kartika who is service orientated and eager to help and good product knowledge 2 things i would like to suggest for improvement, their wasabi is not fresh wasabi. For a restaurant like this, it should be fresh wasabi, not a hard sticky wasabi as it spoilts the food. Second, their japanese green tea should be authentic green and not from a tea bag. The rest is all good.

The freshest food, the perfect combination of the finest quality ingredients, and the best cocktails are the perfect ending to my trip to India. I love Japanese food but chef Vladimir villerba, blows my mind with one of the sushi dishes I have had in a long time. I highly recommend this restaurant to experience in my opinion, the best Japanese fusion cuisine in town.

Great Japanese food with a decent wine and cocktail selection. The 7 course omakase menu showcases some of the best selected dishes, but the a'la carte menu is where the real gems are at.

This authentic Japanese restaurant serves the most delicious food imaginable. And every guest feels cherished! We were so impressed with the decor details, the care with which the food was prepared, and the incredible flavors. Can’t wait to go back. The private room is so inviting! And the people who work there genuinely care about their guests. Chef Vladimir, we cannot thank you enough!

It was an honor to meet David on my flight and he invited us over to Adrift Kaya. It was an experience all of us will remember in our lives. The place is exquisite and atmosphere is great. Best and freshest sushi/sashimi tasted, air flown daily from Japan. Cocktails and sakes are top notch as well. It's a place where I will definitely return and splurge. David, if you see this, thank you for the hospitality yesterday. -SQ406

Exceptional Japanese food. There is much to like about Adrift. Sashimi was of high quality, the "small bites" menu was quite large. An acceptable wine by the glass menu for the solo dinner. Staff attentive, almost too much. Perfect stop prior to an international flight. You don't need to worry about Delhi traffic, come and have a great meal and then taxi a few minutes to the terminal.

My family and I celebrated our last evening of a 3 week vacation in Rajasthan at this restaurant while staying at the Marriot. I don’t know if I should admit; that this was probably the best meal of the trip - and for certain the very best cocktails! It was many times better than Megu (at Leela Palace). And the service was professional and personal. Special mention for Gokul the bartender for his amazing custom cocktails. To Chandra from Marriot for being amazing, and also to Aliya, Tulsi and Shivraj for great service. We all highly recommend this place for all foodies, lovers of cocktails, and anyone who wants a flawless culinary experience.

Dinner at this Japanese restaurant in New Delhi last night left an indelible impression on my taste buds. Nestled near the airport (at the JW Marriott Aerocity), Adrift Kaya offers a memorable dining experience for lovers of Japanese cuisine. The ambiance at Adrift Kaya strikes the perfect balance between modern elegance and traditional charm. The warm and inviting interior, adorned with subtle Japanese aesthetics, sets the stage for a delightful culinary journey. The menu is a carefully curated selection of Japanese culinary delights, ranging from sushi and sashimi to many unique dishes. The freshness of the ingredients and the meticulous preparation truly showcase the chef's commitment to quality. Maybe an occasional excess of truffle oil, but in conclusion, Adrift Kaya is a gem. From the inviting ambiance to the fantastic dining experience, a perfect music background with a DJ who has carefully curated a playlist, and some of the most hospitable and caring staff - Adrift Kaya has become a go-to destination for any visit to New Delhi.
