First time visiting Serendipity Day Spa. Showed up early in the day. The staff was very kind and upbeat. Atmosphere of the spa was great. Went for a 1 hour relaxing massage. The massage was unsatisfactory to say the least. First the masseuse smelled of cigarettes. Second I repeated multiple times to increase the pressure to know avail. Felt like she wasn't present, merely just going through the motion with very little effort. Later I discovered through their site that this person specializes in waxing, lashes, skin bleaching nothing mentioning massage therapist. Better buisness practice would be provide a RMT for your clients who are looking for a massage. After spending $111 for would should have been a relaxing treat and highlight of my day turned into a waste of my time, money and energy.

This spa is incredible. The ambiance is top shelf. They have little snack in the waiting area. The staff is so very welcoming. They offer a wide range of services. My favourite spa to go to. Highly recommend

I had my first appointment at Serendipity today to get my lashes done by Christina P. and I couldn’t be happier! She did an amazing job and her personality is unmatched. She made recommendations based on what I wanted and she used different sizes of extensions to really give my lashes dimension. The whole vibe was great and Christina is so so awesome. I will definitely be back!

I love Serendipity! I've been to several day spas in the city but this is now my go-to spot. Emily provides the best manicures and pedicures. Her attention to detail and the client care she shows is so appreciated. The other staff members are wonderful as well, including Laura at the front desk, so helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this place!

Just had the most relaxing bacial from Kalene - 10/10 would recommend! Even the music was lovely. Definitely leaving feeling far more rested then when I arrived <3

Loving coming here. Prices are fair with frequent sales happening. It’s a beautiful space and welcoming staff. I have had nothing but good experiences there and the owner goes above and beyond to provide services and little gifts to her clients!

Monique is great. So knowledgeable, answers all my questions in regards to treatments. They have a Relaxing atmosphere. You Never feel rushed. A wonderful place to go!

Very expensive, not worth the money I'd say. I had a spa mani/pedi, it's only been one week and one nail is chipped and can notice imperfections on the final coat, not totally covering the nail.

This is my second service and I was extremely satisfied with my crystal facial with Emily! She is super gentle and the nicest person. She goes above and beyond to make her clients feel comfortable and always asks if there’s any concerns. It’s always a relaxing atmosphere and will be going back to her. I 1000/10 would recommend this spa and Emily

Honestly, my experience was good; the staff was kind and all seemed well. I got a gift certificate from my boyfriend and went for a massage and a spa manicure. The massage was lovely but unfortunately the manicure was not up to par. My old nail polish had not been fully removed, my cuticles were messy… the new polish was thick and uneven and began to turn brown and peeled off maybe two days later. Wonderful people, just unfortunately I still have money on the certificate and I don’t think I would go back to use it.
