My family and I recently decided to go out for a family dinner at Kelseys. Once we were seated at 6:15pm, the waitress was nice and took our food orders right away. Our drinks were made fairly quick and my appetizer was quick but unfortunately the Broccoli Cheddar soup came out cold, so we asked to have it warmed. Once we received the soup and ate it, we started to wonder when we would receive our main course. At 7:00pm our waitress, Linda, came to our table to inform us she forgot to put our order in. We decided to take our order to go, because we waited long enough already. Once our order came at 7:25pm I paid and was given a $25.00 discount. Once I got to the vehicle we realized that we were charge for a side loaded fry that we ordered but didn't receive. I went back to the restaurant to speak with Linda, they provided us with $5.00 to cover the fry and as I was leaving, Linda decided to touched me on my shoulder as if she was providing comfort. At this point I was very aggravated and uncomfortable, our family wanted to go out for a nice dinner and everything was messed up and we were totally forgotten about. The last thing I need or want is some waitress touching me. Your touch is not going to make me feel better about the poor service that was provided. Linda was being overly apologetic about the whole situation, just own your mistake, provide us our food and send us on our way, our children are hungry and tired. Last note, now we have to go home and put our two children to sleep and then eat even later at 8:30pm. Warmed up, fried food from Kelseys! Yummy!

Today me and my friends had a great evening there. We tried Mac cheese balls, chicken parm, chicken fajita, full rack ribs and nashville hot chicken biscuit. Ribs is my alltime favourite.. Nashville hot chicken biscuit with kettle chips is my new favourite.. Must try.. All of them were delicious and we got great customer service.. great ambience for friends and family.. we tried strawberry rhubarb lemonade and blackberry mint iced tea.. Cassidy was our server.. she is simply awesome..

Had a Truck Stop Burger with kettle chips and blackberry iced tea. Simply absolutely amazing!!! Same goes for the service, waitress was fun to talk too. Glad we stopped by for quality lunch!

The food was very good. Our server Sandra was great. Overall a very good experience I'm glad we stopped in, and we will definitely be back! Thanks again Sandra!

To be honest, I ordered a veggie burger with all the toppings and received whatever this was that is in the picture. So I'd say 0 stars for whoever that cook was. However the manager, Jessica, was incredible! She reopened the restaurant on skip and offered to babysit the cook while he assembled my burger which was super appreciated. If I could tip her, I'd have given her $100 just for being so understanding and accommodating. Jessica gets 10 stars from me!!! She exceeded expectations, however the lousy cook is taking away from overall star average on this. Jessica, you are a top tier manager - you deserve to work with top tier chefs! Go get it girl ❤️

Burgers were very good, made from scratch. Fries are nice and crispy. Sweet potato fries were ok.

Tiffany and Linda and Linda’s helper sorry don’t remember your name. Super enjoyable experience with very polite and totally great service. Tonight and last night. Super great sense of humour and just all around great time at the restaurant because of the 3 of you. What a treat you all were and the cooks too.

The service was amazing! The server was attentive, food was brought out in a timely manner but not rushed. Straws were offered as well as letting me know when I ordered diet coke that they only had Pepsi (they usually just assume and us pop drinkers are picky), extra napkins were brought over and she checked in to make sure that we were happy with our meal. We haven't had this level of service in a long time. Great meal and experience!

I went kelseys last night at 6:30pm with my friend. First of all our table was really dirty. My friend cleaned it for both of us.We ordered 4 appetizers and 2 drinks.I ordered a whisky sour and my friend ordered strawberry dragonfruit lemonade both drinks were had way too much lemonade and not good at all. Out of 4 appetizers only the garlic bread was good . Fries weren cold and stale , chicken bites were hard and dry and nachos were soo soggy and tasteless ( also asked for no lettuce got lettuce on nachos). I have been going to kelseys for 5 years now this is the first i have had such a bad experience.

The food was fresh and made to order. Nothing was lacking in terms of service. The waitress was doing an excellent job on service and level of care. The four cheese dip and deep fried pita was a great combination of cheeses to begin the meal. The drinks were never empty and always refreshed before asking. The funnel cake sticks were one of the highlights of the meal.

I went in for lunch the other day with my children. Thankfully, the service was quick and our server Chelsea was very friendly, and accommodating! She was great with the kids, and even better at making sure we had everything we needed. Food was great and the kids enjoyed every bite — which is a bonus! We will be back!!

The all dressed potato skin appetizer was out of this world! Would return only to enjoy this dish again. The fajitas were delicious and the beet salad was good too. Would definitely recommend for a laid back ambiance and a tasty comforting meal. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. Excellent service.

Came into Kelseys with my family yesterday and just wanted to say an extra thank you for the amazing service and food! Our waitress Natasha was very nice and really good with our son. We usually don't like going out for supper with our toddler cause he can be a handful but she was very kind and playful with him and it made our experience that much better! I am actually looking forward to going out again!

Chelsea was a fantastic waitress. She was quick to attend to our table, and is the epitome of customer service excellence. She had a great attitude and manners, and did her best to ensure all our table’s needs were met. I wish more employees in the hospitality industry could exemplify her awesome service skills…food was also fantastic.

First let me say the waitress was amazing! But I was shocked at how much the prices went up and portion sizes decreased! Not impressed! Still tasted good but if you are going to raise your prices(understandable) you have to keep your sizes the same.

I have been in the restaurant industry for 14 years and this may have been the worst experience I have had. I completely understand things can happen and can be very understanding at times. Everything that could go wrong did. I don't know if the restaurant needs an employee revamp or what but something needs to be done. The food took forever (it was not very busy), when the food did come it was over cooked, dry and wrong, the server barely came to our table (she looked like she was embarrassed for what was happening), second drinks were not offered and when they were they were forgotten about but managed to make it onto our bill. We were never told that the food was taking a little longer than expected or given a heads up about it (we probably would have went somewhere else as it was my dad's birthday and we had two younger kids). During our meals we asked for the manager, the poor guy came out looking disheveled (clothes sloppy and food on them), I'm assuming he had to step in and help in the kitchen. He took a couple of things off the bill (server brought the bill when we hadn't asked for it but it was a blessing because we just wanted to leave at this point), probably should have done a little more since the food was barely eaten and we were barely tended to. I can say that whatever renovations were done are very nice, the atmosphere is inviting and warm, unfortunately it does not make up for the lack of service and food. I hope this can help with any future improvements.

Love this restaurant! The food is good and there's just the right amount on the plate. Staff was nice and attentive in case you needed something else. Good comfort food at a good price. No wonder the place is always busy and hard to get into.

We went to Kelsey’s to have a birthday dinner for a close friend and we enjoyed our time SO MUCH! The food was absolutely amazing and came in a timely manner. Our server, Chloe, was just amazing! She provided us with fast, efficient, and effective service and was always happy with any request we had! She had a great smile on her face and joked around with everyone and was very entertaining! Will definitely recommend this place to others for both amazing service and great food!

Atmosphere 5/5: we got ourselves a nice private booth in which it was easy to talk, and while there was music in the background ,and people around, they didn’t disturb us, and I don’t think we disturbed them. Service 5/5: our server, Courtney, was efficient, kind and frequently checked in on us, which was good. Response time 5/5: we didn’t have to wait long for our food or drinks or service. Value 5/5: paid under $100 for two drinks, an appetizer, two meals and dessert. Overall great experience. Would highly recommend.

Finally able to go eat dine in. Server was friendly and service was fast. Always a good time. I will be going back again.

Great good

The chewiest steak in town! Even my 12 year old was dreading having to eat the sirloin because she remembers how tough it is (medium cook). I won't be making that mistake again. On an upnote, they seemed to have added more pieces that actually resemble chicken to the fajitas. Last time, they were shredded bits of mystery meat. My call to the Sudbury manager to mention my disappointment about the lack of chicken breast slices remains unanswered 4 months later

Yesterday was our second time at the restaurant since the renovations. I love the new look on both the outside (pictured here) and on the inside. The inside has opened up so much and looks a lot bigger now. As for our meal, everyone was was pleased for the most part. I found my buffalo chicken wrap to be a bit smaller than I expected, it’s great taste made up for this. The only negative comment was that we found our waitress to be a bit distracted and not as attentive to our needs as we’d expect. Kelseys is a local favourite of ours so we will be back for sure!

Had dinner here for the first time tonight and everything was awesome!! Restaurant was clean, our waitress was amazing , had the thai green curry and artichoke dip. Everything was 100%

Just wanted to say that my girlfriend and I were in there earlier about I don’t know 1 o’clock 130 for lunch and we seated her self and the waitress came over through the menus on the table and guess what we didn’t get served. So I left the restaurant and we went to a different restaurant I forgot my purse at Kelsey‘s so I went back to get it are menus were still on the table she never came back to the table and my purse was there very very disappointed in Kelsey’s restaurant they were not that busy and nobody waited on us I’ve been a waitress for many many years and wouldn’t treat people like that ever .

Our visit was very pleasurable considering covid restrictions. There was a wait due to reduced capacity, but it was quick. They checked vaccine passports and explained regulations while we were waiting so that when our table was ready, we just had to be seated. They were very efficient and organized. Customers and staff were very respectful. Service was very quick and attentive. There was a QR code on the table to get the online menu which I thought was great. You can see more online with pictures for everything. The food and drinks arrived quickly. The food was excellent and more than we could eat. Our server did a wonderful job and seemed to enjoy what she was doing. The prices were reasonable and I would definitely recommend.
