Refresher was good, but the tomato pesto grilled cheese had tough tomato pits left in every tomato on the sandwich. And a napkin was melted onto the bottom piece of sandwich bread. Dunkin management needs to have workers cut out/core out the pit in the top center of each tomato before crushing/roasting the tomatoes in the sandwich. Very gross to try to chew through a pit in each bite, and not worth $4.50.

Ordered from door dash this morning and my sandwich was completely burnt and inedible. Rock hard. Never ordering again from this location and I deleted my DoorDash app as they were unwilling to help me.

I’m not sure who this man was but tonight he seemed agitated. Had an accent. But completely spoke over and interrupted everything we said at the speaker. Asked us the clarify at the window and then interrupted again and closed it on us. He sounded as if he was speaking to two people at once but just kept repeating what he said to us? Handed out the first drink that was made okay. But the second one tasted terrible and looked a mess. He seemed irritated and seemed to take it out on us? I’m not sure if anyone else is working with him as we speak so hopefully it wasn’t a solo worker overworked. But it was very rude and took us aback. Love Dunkin always. But as a past food industry worker, please work with your workers on customer service❤️

This is multiple times now that my frozen chocolate had came out looking nothing like it is advertised. It looks so delicious in the pictures but then to not even have the whipped cream or chocolate syrup is bland. I asked for Carmel to be added but it did not taste like Carmel at all. Not very impressed.

Sadly the service is very slow. Numerous times I've sat and waited for 15-20 minutes for an order. Even when making via the app ahead of time. Perhaps they are having trouble hiring or the location is too small to do everything in the back cooking area, I don't know. I have also had multiple orders messed up. Even stuff bagels were not heated up and thrown into a bag. Hopefully they can figure things out.

I ordered a couple of the ham & Swiss croissant stuffers & they were cold! Also ordered the maple bacon egg & cheese croissant & that bacon is no good! I wish they would bring back the black pepper bacon it's the bomb!

This has to be the most useless drive through I’ve ever seen. If you have 30 minutes to wait around in a line at 8 am come here I sat in a line that had 4 cars including mine and my girlfriend had enough time to walk inside use the restrooms order coffee and walk out before they could even take my order, mind you the entire time I was sitting in the area where I could order I will never stop here again. USELESS

Worst Dunkin Ever. no matter how or when you order you will be waiting 25 minutes for cold food and terrible customer service - would be nice to have a functioning dunkin’ donuts
