This hotel was great. The room is small, but sufficiently sized. Everything seemed clean. The breakfast was wonderful. With the room special I bought, breakfast and the daily dinner special were included. This made it very easy to focus on my time in the town and less on when and where to eat (the hotel was always a backup). A bank with ATM was right next to the hotel which was very convenient. The staff were exceptional.

Nice staffs. Hotel in a beautiful area. Great location makes it accessible to Rugen and Usedom. Wellness centre is well-kept. It is ideal to have sunbath in the day and Sauna at night.

Nice hotel for short trips. Though the rooms are small, they have a free beer available for the guests at the minibar everyday. The worst thing is the wifi is constantly failing.

The room was ok. Smelt a bit stale at first. Staff were so lovely and accommodating and the free mini bar is a refreshing touch. Wi-Fi was not as good as I suspected

The rooms are not up to the standard of a Mercure and should be renovated, especially the bathroom. However, the staff is very nice and the breakfast is lovely. Location is so-so, out of Greifswald in an industrial setting.

Took a look and heard about the place a bit. Employees are secretly unfriendly to eachother and food was often pretty salty.

Very good hotel with cozy rooms, neat and well furnished. I appreciated very much the coffee machine in my room and everyday room maintenance. My colleagues and I enjoyed very much the breakfast - every flavor could be satisfied with such a broad spectrum of foods, coffee and tea to be tasted. But the most precious part of the hotel is the staff - always nice, smiling and ready to help from early in the morning till the late evening. Our stay was really delightful.

When we arrived, the reception said there was a problem with our reservation - we had booked and paid for two rooms. There was not a possibility for a refund on the second room because we used the Accor ALL app. This upset my wife significantly because I had made the reservations. When we got to the room, it was very small, hot and smelled bad. Already upset, my wife insisted that we find another place. We did. I went back to reception to show that I had only paid for one room, one reservation and he acknowledged that it was he who made the mistake. But, my wife's mind was made up, so we left. I am very unhappy with the situation. Won't ever use the app or book there again.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was decent and big, but unfortunately there is no air conditioning. The breakfast spread was good.
