Great pediatric dentist!!! Very competent and always friendly. Miss Dr. Jami always takes away the children's fears and is happy to answer any questions you may have. She is really great and professionally top! Even in an emergency we were able to come straight away. The medical assistants are always very nice and make you feel comfortable. I can only recommend the magic forest. Thank you and see you next time :)

Guter Zahnarzt - absolut weiter zu empfehlen. Gehe schon seit Jahren zu Herrn Dr. Mückenheim und bin immer zufrieden. Toll durchorganisierte Praxis die im Zweischichtbetrieb von Morgens früh bis Abends spät Termine anbieten kann, deshalb für Berufstätige ideal. Professionelle Terminplanungssoftware - habe noch nie länger als 5 Minuten auf meinen Termin gewartet. Arbeiten werden handwerklich einwandfrei ausgeführt und transparent abgerechnet, tolles Team und tolle Leistung. Kann ich uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!

We have been receiving treatment at fr dr jami with our two children for a long time and really enjoy going there! Today we had to go to Doctor Mückenheim as an emergency and my son was treated with such incredible love and respect! He helped us provisionally and took his time and explained everything to our son! Just great!

Die Kinderärztin ist nicht zu empfehlen. Unsere 7jährige Tochter mit Notfall wegen massive Zahnschmerzen ende Oktober dort vorgestellt. Nach Röntgenaufnahme wurde uns Termin für Anfang Januar zur Füllung des Zahnes gegeben. Ein großes Loch am Zahn wurde als Schmerzursache bestätigt. Eine Füllung sollte aber in 3 Monate geschehen, weil aktuekl kein Termin und Zeit dafür hat. Auf unsere Nachfrage bezüglich Schmerzen wurde gesagt, daß das Kind sollte für nächste 3 Monate Paracetamol einnehmen. Der neue Zahnarzt war schockiert über diesen Ablauf. Beschwerde bei Zahnärztekammer eingereicht.

The treatment after my broken tooth was very good. The temporary solution worked well and lasted longer than expected. The implant with new crown was installed very well over several treatments. I am very surprised at how little pain I had throughout the entire treatment. I think the team is very competent and was always treated well. I am impressed by the good dental work.

I was with Dr. Dubel and as a patient with anxiety it was really great. Super sensitive. Super relaxed and careful. The team was also great. People like to go here... even if they don't like going there. Thank you!

We have been in this practice for about 3 years. We receive satisfactory advice and treatment. The teeth cleaning team is also professional. My children feel in good hands and enjoy coming. Attractive children's practice with a beautifully designed reception and play area.

I have never felt so badly treated by a doctor, what an impudence and zero empathy! This will be a long report, but it is important to describe the whole situation and the whole truth. I had my first appointment in this practice with Dr Mückenheim in October 2023. Since I was pregnant and had a toothache, I wanted to get help quickly. The dentist examined all my teeth, his assistant entered everything into the computer and after 15 minutes he said there was a lot to do and I had to make a new appointment because he didn't have time to treat me any further now, too not that tooth that hurt... I said that I was going to Poland for Christmas and that my uncle is a dentist, so if he finds time for me, maybe he can do some fillings for me. The assistant said I could even take a photo of the screen where she wrote down exactly which teeth needed a filling and explained everything to me exactly what each marking meant. I thought, OK, maybe my tooth isn't that bad and made another appointment at this clinic. The next appointment wasn't scheduled until the end of January 2024, which made me a little worried about having to deal with toothache for so long since I'll be eight months pregnant in January. Luckily, my uncle in Poland did all the necessary fillings in a two-hour visit. After that, in January, I still went to my scheduled appointment and my husband also got an appointment as a new patient right after me. When I registered, I said that I would like to go first because I definitely have less work to do than my husband. As Dr. Mückenheim found out that I was in Poland with my uncle, he shouted at me that I had wasted the time he had planned for me, that we should have 5 fillings and that we can now save the appointment. I told him that, firstly, I wasn't sure if everything had been done and if anything else needed to be done and that I wanted him to do another follow-up check. Secondly, I had already told him in October that I had a toothache. And instead of him helping me back then, I would have to make a new appointment. Plus, my husband is there and if we don't need that much time with me then my husband will be happy to get extra time for his teeth. Dr Mückenheim ignored me, got angry, left the practice and left me alone. I have the impression that this practice is not there to help patients but only to make money.

My initial experience as a new patient with this dentist was positive. Appointments were made immediately, but unfortunately I had to cancel twice because I was ill. Although I immediately made new appointments, I received no notification that they had been deleted. When I asked, I was told that all appointments had been canceled without me being informed of this. This behavior surprised and disappointed me, as I would have liked to have been informed about such decisions in order to avoid misunderstandings. It is important that such matters are communicated transparently. Nevertheless, I understand that too frequent cancellations are problematic. However, I would have appreciated it if this had been addressed openly. I hope this will be handled differently in the future to ensure better patient communication.
