Decided to spend a weekend at the Abama. From the check-in experience (which also came with a compliementary upgrade), the experience was marvellous. What set the Abama apart from other 5* hotels for me is their emphasis on a formidable guest experience, they consistently creating little "wow" moments throughout my stay and their attention to detail. All of the staff did an amazing job and I will sure be back at the Abama!

We were ripped off by the waitress. watch out for waiters as the amount of € 24 for a coffee Baraquito is an obvious scam. beach beautiful but bar avoid.

Great views of the beach with great food. Stayed at the Ritz and this was my favorite restaurant. The quality of the food and service was great and especially enjoyed the burger. Service is a bit slow so be sure to order a pineapple or coconut smoothie to help you relax into the island pace!

Ritz Carlton is expensive, yes we know. Bad service, food is so la la. Price/value range is not OK. We know Ritz Carlton very well, but this experience is a shame. Please improve or count a quarter. Calippo ice cream for 3,75€? Really? Our last visit was 2018, Please come back to former level. EDIT: Immediately after this post i was contacted by the manager. He invited me to diskuss all topics. This was very positive. After our chat things improved in a very positive way. Good job!

We ordered ceasar salad for 20eur, which came stone cold with old chicken breast, so we asked for change of meal. They apologised and after 40 mins nothing came. They have crazy amount of employees and they cannot serve 15 tables, insane!

Great views and friendly, fast service. Probably the best service we’ve had in Tenerife. The cheeseburger and fries and grilled octopus + side salad were all tasty. We were pleased with our lunch because of the meal plan but the prices may be a bit high compared to the quality if you haven’t prepaid. Still, highly recommend in comparison to the lagoon pool txoko lunch.

Good place. Service was excepțional, really nice guys working there - Il mention Matteo- great work man, keep it up. :) Food - alright but if you think value/price wise - not really great value. No other options around so that's it. Great views - that must be mentioned . Really bad point for toilets- they are dirty and not working properly.

Super super friendly staff!!! They were so positive and nice! The restaurant it self it’s nice with a good view. It would’ve been 5* but the food it’s nothing special!

Extremely overpriced food. A cola drink costs 6 eur. Could have been tolerable if the staff were friendly, or the food was delicious. One extra star for the good view.

The only thing this has going for it is absolutely gorgeous location. Really nice views, and real pleasure to sit here enjoying them. The food is very meh, and the prices are ridiculous. 10/10 tourist trap

While the view is nice, the staff friendly and the food in general quite decent this place is still a rip-off: They charged me 6.- EUR for a water service I wasn't aware of. I took only two or three sips of the water but it looks like I paid for a whole 0.75l bottle. Also 6 EUR for a terrible Espresso that comes from a capsule. Bread was extra, too: 2.- EUR for one piece, which wasn't the freshest. On the funny side: They want to make the impression of an upscale beach bar but then they proudly serve Parmesan cheese with an Italian style seafood pasta. The waiter looked like he wanted a badge for that cheese not even realizing the fauxpas. :-)
