Nice hotel to stay. Walking distance to many places such as restaurant, Starbucks is just next building. Since I stay at 32nd floor it is very quiet and the view is good. The phone operator is helpful and polite despite her english.

Service and facilities are excellent! Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador/Titanium member can enjoy wonderful rewards including suite upgrade, late co and others. Happy hours are excellent! So many delicious choices!

Totally fine hotel during a stay on about 25 days in September-October 2020. • Executive Lounge had very good breakfast, but happy hour "so so". The printer/scan service up there is really good. • The gym had plenty of space - not so crowded. • The location is good. 15 minutes in DiDi, you get around everywhere in Tianhe, also during weekend. • Close to the subway system.

Pretty good. Rooms were pretty average, service was good, and the hotel restaurant wasn’t bad as well. Some comments I would share are to make a place for sitting in the lobby other than the restaurant on the left, as well as give reasonable prices for taxis, the taxi prices they give are significantly more than the actual prices, that’s maybe commissions, but keep it reasonable.

I stayed at many Westin before, but surprisingly this is so outdated and badly maintained. Service quality is so below par with contradicting information. The carpet flooring in the room felt so bad (picture). Club lounge staffs are all so busy clearing and removing the food when the time end exactly that they totally neglected guests that just came in. Won’t be back for sure sadly with many choices available in GZ.

Westin is a luxurious hotel brand but this one definitely not in 5 star standard in every aspects. The staff in the swimming pool was poor in service, he refused me to go inside because I didn't bring the swimming cap, this is absolutely ridiculous. Sauna and onsen are not good maintained, floor was wet and dirty, used towel is everywhere. Room is nice and had good view, I will not stay here again as everything is below my expectation

Great hotel. Good location. Good bed. Rooms are big. Breakfast is nice. Service is efficient.

Nice hotel, location is very good either for enjoying shopping and practicing sports, and also nearby the subway station.
