How could this hotel consider itself as 5stars? Worst service ever. When I arrive the lobby for check in, the first staff ignored me. When I went to the next counter, the second staff made me standing waiting for 20mins to tell me the room is not available and I have to come back hour hour later. It was 6:30pm when I check in. Original check in time starts at 3:00pm?! Morning in-room breakfast was a disaster. No orange juicy, no Salt and paper for my omelette, no syrup for the waffle, no butter for my bread. Coffee cost me $88 and it tasted like warm milk. Staffs were NOT helpful at all. Btw I called and asked for my butter/syrup etc. 25 mins passed by, breakfast were stone cold. Still waiting.

While I must commend this hotel for its stunning views and up-to-standard service, I'm afraid I was rather disappointed with the quality of the food during my recent visit. As someone who has frequented many Park Hyatt hotels, I found the food in lobby lounge to be subpar. For example, the snack box was a meager selection of nuts that were stale and clearly had been sitting out for a long time. The fries were also disappointing, soggy and unappetising. I believe that the hotel could benefit from improving the quality and presentation of their food offerings.

Amazing location, situated right at the heart of Tianhe district. Malls and eateries nearby, and you can easily order Meituan and retrieve it downstairs. Not to mention the spectacular views from rooms, lobby, and swimming pool. Service here is also top notched. I’ve always a big fan of Park Hyatt, and this place offers exceptionally inexpensive rate. You haveee to stay here if you’re in the city.

Park Hyatt is in the heart of Guangzhou, a city filled with history, great food, mixing both modern and tradition together. First off, the room is well maintained, with the signature minimalist design. Second, the staff are all super friendly and welcoming, providing spectacular service. Third, the hotel is in the heart of Guangzhou, you are surrounded by shops and restaurants. At last the view of Guangzhou tower is just unforgettable. I wish they have better drinks 🍺 🍹 🥤 at the lounge.

Worst experience at the rooftop bar! Overpriced and bad service. We were a table of 10 people and no one came to clean the table for hours. I had to insist to get cleaning. At the end we could not pay with normal card, only weixin. How is this possible at a 5 star? All the food was average and the cocktails were the smallest I’ve seen in my entire life.

The 65th level restaurant has a very very beautiful view to the Guang Zhou city. Both on the day and night time, you can spent hours to enjoy the city. On the sunset, you can see the beautiful of the sun going down to end the day, and then you have the amazing lights of the city. Amazing lights on the tower, buildings, river cruises, including on the bridge... all are like a monitor screens where so many attractions are displayed on through the lights
