I recently stayed at Sheraton Guangzhou, and it was fantastic. I was upgraded to a spacious suite, and the room was spotlessly clean. The daily shuttle service to the convention center made my trip convenient, and the room's generous size provided ample comfort. Sheraton Guangzhou exceeded my expectations, offering both luxury and convenience. If you're visiting Guangzhou and want a clean, spacious room with the added bonus of a convention center shuttle, this hotel is the ideal choice. It made my stay not only comfortable but also memorable. A 5-star experience in every aspect!

An amazing an most welcome but of comfort for a weary traveler. There amazing food and shopping nearby but no need to go out if you’re looking for fine dining.

Location, location, location, location... Best one in Guangzhou, with convenient arrival by metro line 1/3 exit C to Tee Mall from east Guangzhou railway St.. Nearby mall PARC Central, Grandview, fashion underground plaza, taikoo hui mall... just a few stops to Huacheng square, opera house, canton tower, etc... Modern newly renovated room, good size, has the amenities you need including an umbrella for this rainy season... Will be returning to Sheraton next time we come back to Guangzhou!

I’m surprised that the room is quite big but very affordable. High end bathroom fixtures and comfortable beds were installed making your stay pleasant. Location is also strategic surrounded by at least 4 different malls.

Great experience staying in Sheraton. Especially impressed with Ms Zero Zhang, front office manager. She was attentive, alert, friendly and attentive, making you feel welcome, warm and well taken off while checking in. Thumbs up.

Another great stay at Bonvoy hotels. It was our first trip to China and wasn't sure what to expect. We booked for our first 6 days at Sheraton Guangzhou and left it open for the rest of trip (in case we weren't happy for any reason, be the location or service to go to another hotel). But of course everything was even better than our expectations and we stayed for the rest of our planned stay. Then 2 days before our flight back home decided to stay for another four days, told front desk about our intention, they kept us in the same room for the whole trip and offered us free breakfast as well. Through our stay, staff have been very friendly and always try to help even when language differences made it difficult for them. We got a great view from the 27th floor, especially at night when the buildings turn on their lights. One late night around midnight, we went to lobby restaurant. We were surprised that the full kitchen menu was available and more importantly, foods were delicious. One reason we initially choose the hotel was the location and I'm glad to say, we got it right. There are hundreds of local restaurants and bunch of North American franchises like Starbucks, McDonald's and Domino's just minutes away (I mean 2 to 5 min walk), I've been to few big cities in my life but never seen it like that before. Lots of live activity around the hotel on weekend nights. The breakfast buffet is good with plenty of choices specially Chinese flavors. The only downer could be the choices of TV channels, of course you don't travel to a lively city like Guangzhou to watch TV in your room but sometimes for some reason you're waiting to go to a place or whatever else, you might want to turn on the TV. Well beside CNN and another news channel, you better know Chinese language. All said, it might not be the selection of Sheraton but the regulations, therefore I give them a pass. Just sitting by the window and watch the blinking lights on buildings is more entertaining than most TV channels.

What a comfortable stay.! Since we had an overnight flight from Amsterdam, the Netherlands, we arrived tired early in the morning. We checked in at the Club Lounge and enjoyed breakfast. Luckily our room was ready around 11 am. When we arrived in our room we were down graded. Quickly solved after one phone call. Spacious room with view over the city and luxury bathroom with separate walk in rain shower and comfy bath overlooking Guangzhou. Loved the room decoration and had a good rest in the XL King bed. Drinks, snacks, lunch and dinner in the lounge was good. Service in the club lounge friendly, helpful and kind. Location of the hotel is very convenient, centre of GZ, and direct access to Teemall. Public transport next to the hotel. Porter Service was great. The entire team was very Service minded and very helpful. Highly recommended this hotel and it will be our first choice for any future stays.

I would rate this hotel as 3.5 stars. Is an established but somewhat dated hotel in this busy shopping area of Tienhe District. The hotel is connected to Tienhe Mall on the lobby level, and Tienhe Mall is next to the super modern Parc Central Mall with amazing architecture . The hotel is also next to metro lines 1 and 3. There is a newer Marriott about a block away, both hotels offering similar room rates. Our room was minimalist in styling, clean, and modern. The "view" was of drab, grey buildings, and rooftops. Check-in was efficient but indifferent. There was no acknowledgement of my Bonvoy membership or status, nor was there the customary welcome fruit platter in the room. We asked about hotel's breakfast, should we decide to take breakfast one day, it was ¥198/p. We asked if there was any concession for staying guests. Yes, it would be ¥99/p but we would need to inform the front desk the night before that we wanted to take breakfast the following morning, or we would be charged as walk-in guests at full price. Why so complicated ? and why such information not forthcoming until asked ? We did have breakfast on the last morning to catch an early flight, and it was good value for ¥99 !

Great location next to large shopping mall and underground train station. Conceirge was very helpful with luggage and accepting parcels. Room was clean and the swimming pool and gym were great. Highly recommended.
