Really mediocre hotel that doesn't live up to the Google reviews. The room was ok with nothing special. The bathroom was designed really poorly and wasn't the cleanest, and there is also no shower door or curtains. It was not cheap at all and I paid R$436 per night ($88 US Dollar) and simply is not worth the money. I scheduled through booking.com, but it ended being cheaper just to do it through the hotel. The bathroom sink was also clogged, but everything else worked fine. And last thing, their soap was dry as could be, so if you decide to stay, bring your own soap. Update: The WiFi is pretty slow, so it's not possible to do much except browse things on your phone. The front desk is also slow to respond to anything unless if you call them. I tried cancelling a night through booking.com, but they couldn't even reach any of the hotels upper management.

Clean and pretty good installation. Service doesn't give enough attention. They charge forks and knives if you ask external food. Not a good experience once the majority of the hotels provide those inside the bedroom. It was unexpected. I don't recommend.

Further from airport than I expected. Huge checkin lines. They have agreements with airlines and often have to accomodate stranded flights. Second time im here with a checkin line of 45 minutes. Not nice when you arrive late and want to sleep...

The room was great and the breakfast very nice. Suggest that you upgrade the shuttle. The drivers were great, but the van didn’t give a good impression. Also suggest that you work on improving the check in lines. It was very confusing (and slow) with a large number of guests checking in. The staff was very courteous.

Rooms are nice and clean. Check-in took forever because of some kind of non-sense paperwork (25 min). Transfer ok. Breakfast has a really bad quality. Fruits and bread not fresh. Lowest quality for all products u can eat. For Parking u still have to pay. Not nice...

as an airport hotel is not that close. it’s a bit run down and there’s A lot of mosquitos, bring your own repellent. Breakfast is decent, attention is good, food and snacks are expensive.

Stayed at this hotel due to a flight cancellation. The front desk staff were rude and inefficient. There were three of them upon our arrival and only one was checking in customers. The other two were doing administrative functions despite a line with at least five people waiting for assistance. It seemed to be annoying to them that people were in need of help. The room was nice and comfortable. The food was a buffet and had a nice assortment of hot foods and a salad bar with fruit.

The air-conditioning was not keeping up with the high temperatures. They we kind enough to move us 3 times. The 3rd room had a newer air-condition unit in it and it made our stay very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is very nice. It is a distance from any activities.

If you like a digital detox, this hotel is the place for you. No WiFi in the rooms, only at reception (which is a place best to avoid due to rude attitude of staff). TV not working either. Great place for socializing because you can speak through the walls to your next door neighbours without having to raise your voice! You can form friendships over finding out your neighbours also have hair on their freshly cleaned pillows! Cold showers are a refreshing way to start your day. Breakfast is okay and shuttle is nice (if you manage to find it at the airport)

Good thing about this hotel is near airport. The towel are clean, room also good, not dirty. Our bed sheet and pillows were full of hairs, the toilet and bathroom had some dirt and wet, looks like someone used it before and never clean it up. I hear the neighbours talking all the time. Mosquito in the room flying around. I expected better from a 4 stars hotel on Google map….

We spent just one night at the Panamby Guarulhos Hotel, and it turned out to be a wonderfully relaxing prelude to our international flight. The dining experience was a highlight; the Chicken Stroganoff was exceptionally flavorful. The garden and pool area provided a serene atmosphere, making it an ideal spot to unwind with a good book. The hotel team went above and beyond, assisting us with our sizable luggage, contributing to a hassle-free stay. The quality of sleep was outstanding, thanks to the invitingly comfortable bed and pillows. Though there was a minor inconvenience with the shower, as I encountered difficulty in adjusting the water temperature, it didn't detract significantly from the overall positive experience. All in all, our brief stay was delightful. =)

Avoid if you don’t want a dirty room and get cut due to broken glass left on the floor from previous guests.

No, pasamos una experiencia desagradable, nuestras camas estaban llenas de ácaros o chinches (bedbugs). Transcribo lo que escribí a Gerencia: Dear Sir, We arrived yesterday evening at your hotel and when we were ready to sleep we had the unbearable situation of been bitten by a great amount of bedbugs in our sheets and also all along the carpet. We had to change rooms but despite of our complaints, nobody even apologized for the event. Of course, this will be set also in the feedback about Panamby. With regrets. Pensábamos eran cómodas, pero eso denota la falta de higiene en las mismas!

Stop over hotel to wait for my flight from GRU back home to LAX Price is good. Much better than waiting 10 hrs at an airport.

This hotel is great for short stays, get acclimated to your surroundings, run some errands and then leave. I don't think it's administrated for people to stay here longer than maybe 5 days. Fees fees fees. The price starts out promotional but I promise they will get theirs. It has to be said. It's probably also more suited for romantic weekends, events, short layovers etc than your consideration of it being a place you will have long term value. The staff is great, the food is great, Hotel Panamby - Guarulhos; really tries to make it a good place, it certainly is not perfect, but if you want to support a local business with less than 200 employees, I think it's good. The location is ok, you have to walk 15 minutes to go across the street (into the city for markets etc). The good thing is that they have a taxi stand and even though it's expensive to use, it's convenient. Finally, no matter how they say they accept pets, traveler's with exotic breeds should expect to pay a hefty price everyday. Fees fees fees. The other aspect is that it seems that no matter how well trained your animal is, if the Brasilian culture is to be afraid of it, everybody is afraid of it and it just gets uncomfortable. Again, don't stay here too long (you'll end up seeing the wizard behind the curtain) My advice to the Hotel is allow animals on the first floor only so we don't have to use the elevator with so many awkward interactions. Really uncomfortable. Another reason why you shouldn't stay here long is that the laundry service fees are astronomical. Obsurd. It's an average of BRL15 per item (multiplied per item). I couldn't understand that, when I got it done across the street (everything for BRL55). Bring your own snacks and water to put in the fridge, it's not that they charge, as most places do it's just so expensive. Fees fees fees. You can't hate on the fees you just have to be aware. The staff is as perfect as you could want, which probably justifies them making a good salary (hopefully). Overall it's a simple hotel with a lot of ambition. In my opinion it's still worthy of 5 stars and almost a luxury experience if you leave on the 4th or 5th day. Plan accordingly. Leave a tip for your room service.

The hotel is fine, just what would you expect from hotel like this. But I am very disappointed with the staff and communication. They have promised a shuttle bus on arrival, shuttle bus wasn’t there on time. We called the hotel and were told that the shuttle bus was broken. Therefore, we took Uber and asked at the reception, to be reimbursed for it. After quite long discussion, they agreed and gave us a business card with contact details. I keep sending emails, however, they have never responded and never paid us for the Uber. This is simply not fair and not professional. I can sleep in a palace but the most important thing for me is to show fair behavior.

Some details in the room that should be addressed like clogged sink, other than that room is comfortable. The receptionist gets too busy to help you with questions. We got there very late and the restaurant was already closed. With all the late night check in from the airport they should consider having late room service.

Alright hotel. The staff was kind and our stay was good. The room is very simple with an age sign. I asked for more towels that was never delivered to the room, on the positive side the room service brought us local pastries around 1 am.

I have been recently with my fiancé in the hotel. Apparently the structure is really beautiful and modern. However, the bathrooms are kind of disappointing. The food were really good (lunch buffet R$ 72,00 per person), although we thought the service was terrible. A lot of waiters chatting on the bar and we waiting on the table to ask for a beer. Besides the service that really need to be improved the place is good.

Very nice staff in a hotel that is getting a little old. Location is great if you have a car. Not a bad ride to the airport. Good accommodations for the price.

The room had a funny smell, too expensive for a 1 person room. I was cold all night and there was only one blanket. Very close to the airport, they have a free shuttle service to the airport.
