La esquina is a great place to visit, you can find traditional Guatemalan food, amazing doughnuts, great coffee, tacos (with black corn tortillas!) and many other options. The concept of this restaurant is that of a traditional Guatemalan market, there's multiple "tiendas", each offering a different and specialized type of food. Worth a visit! Get a milkshake, they're insane

Food was excellent! I had the açaí bowl breakfast burrito and pancakes. No regrets. I’ll be back for sure and if your here you have to stop here!

Best place to have a cold brew and eat some delicious tacos. All while being in a outdoor / indoor environment! The staff is awesome and very attentive. The waiter Roberto was very kind and service was very good.

Great vegan tacos & elote, fun kitchy decor, attentive service, and comfy seating.

The pupusas are really good, they have a great variety of flavors and many vegetarian options. Unlike many other places they weren't overly greasy and the service was very friendly

I had a really good burger from Esquina. It rates very highly as a competitor to other burger joints around zone 4. Pattie was a good size, a little on the burnt side but I actually really enjoyed it like that. Chips were great also. Left here feeling full and satisfied. Service wasn’t amazing. I speak a little bit of Spanish. More than enough to get by. I found it really difficult to communicate with staff. Neither of us needed to communicate anything difficult with each other. As I don’t have a Guatemalan SIM card, I needed the wifi password so I could use the QR code for the menu. This saga went on for about 10 minutes where me and my partner were trying to listen and enter the code and it being wrong over and over. I asked for it to be entered for me and the wait staff didn’t want to touch my phone. It was quite frustrating. All I wanted was the menu. If germs is a concern, hands can be washed afterwards. I felt alien. After some time another waiter came by and entered the code for me. What a relief. Because I was just about ready to leave. I understand that it’s harder with masks on. But I think it’s important that staff try to speak clearly, simply and slowly when conversing with people who don’t have Spanish as their 1st language.

👍👍 Arguably the best lounge food I've ever had including Centurion lounges. This lounge is set up like a restaurant where each person in your party is limited to 1 entree and 1 prepared beverage (cappuccino, americano, latte, cocktail, etc... doesn't include soda or similar). You can get an extra entre...
