I obsessed about how to they prepare my cold matcha in this branch. Also is so close from my hotel (Holiday Inn)

Poor attention from staff, they seem tired and bored and for some reason they behave like the costumers are to blame. You ask for some item and they give you what they want. I have been there a couple of times and the service is the same: a bad service. Also premises look dirty and needing some attention from staff especially the bathroom. And if above wasn't enough, this store has not a decent stock of donuts... Bad experience. Do you need DD? Go to Próceres Mall instead.

No refill on coffee but was good

Sometimes it's too cold inside and make the ambient chilly, coffee is more like tea very weak, years ago was too strong now it's too weak they should know better how to make a good coffee.
