I booked our rooms at The Adriatika because they said they had an airport shuttle in their online information. An early flight with 7 people meant we needed an early shuttle. They did not have a shuttle. So we had the hotel reserve cars for us for a 4am pick up, for a hefty fee. Someone got confused and told our cars not to come until 4:45. Our international flight left at 6. Then the cars were late. We had 4 cars arrive so we gave our extra to a young couple also waiting for the nonexistent airport shuttle. All was very stressful but we did make our plane. This is a nice hotel, with a new pool but if you are booking to be close to the airport with a convent shuttle you should book somewhere else.

Amazing stay! The hotel is extremely clean. The food and service are great! Staff is always helpful! The pool is currently under construction as they are renovating. We had a situation with our room, the manager handled it immediately and was very easy to deal with. Overall we had an amazing stay and would recommend the hotel. The location is convenient and if you're traveling In a big group, the suites are very spacious!

Excellent facilities, nice and quiet atmosphere to rest and work. I like the pool and the gym area.

The room was nice and overall the hotel was aesthetically pleasing. The jacuzzi didn't work, unless it's intentionally set to lukewarm at best. Food is overpriced and will leave you hungry. We added an extra night to our stay and was told checkout was at 12pm. On the day of checkout the front desk started calling at 7:30am, which was quite annoying considering a long day of travel ahead. They called several times asking if we are staying another night. When I said no they asked what time we are leaving, to which I replied with the checkout time I was told. Also the same morning if I had not used the security latch, hotel staff overrode the deadbolt and tried to enter the room several times. Overall not a bad place I'd you're on business, but I would not recommend for family or romantic getaway

Beautiful boutique hotel. Food could be better. Centric and very accesible. If you are visiting Guatemala city for business, this could be a good option as is half way the airport and the main economic area.

This hotel was so nice and the staff were very friendly and accommodated us very well. It smells great in here and our room was so big and clean. We were worried about staying in Guatemala City because of things we've heard but we felt safe and comfortable here. Definitely recommend this hotel for tourists. The suite we got was $70USD. We wish we weren't just there to stay the night because the food from the restaurant smelled amazing and the pool area looked amazing.

Spent 3 weeks here and I must say it is an excellent location for long-term stays! The rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the amenities are great. It is also in a safe, walkable location. My only disappointment was the food from the restaurant. It lacked tremendously compared to everything else. The restaurant staff was always nice, but the actual food was a letdown and we often chose to go to off-site restaurants or use Uber Eats instead.

Great place to stay in Guatemala City! Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains. The pool area is very nice as well. The staff was very friendly and happy to help. Would definitely recommend if you’re in town!

Really nice modern hotel, in a safe part of the city. In the local neighbourhood there are modern apartment blocks. The hotel is located about a 10min Uber from the centre of town. Room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. There was a kitchenette if required. Reason for 3 stars. Zero information provided by the reception of the facilities of the hotel with opening times etc. the kitchen closed early and so could purchase any soft drinks. There was a bar area but this was permanently closed. This may have been due to COVID but please let us know. Get and UBER everywhere, including to the airport. It is ¼ of the local transfer/taxi price.

Decent hotel with spacious rooms, cozy beds and delicious breakfast. The location is close to to zona 9 and zona 10, which makes it a good place to spend a couple of days in Guatemala City.

They were renovating the place when we were there. Receptionists were very accommodating and cheerful.

We landed very late in Guatemala and our pre-booked transportation and hostal were not available. We were very lucky and relieved when we found a place to stay at 1am. The staff is very friendly and always happy to help. The rooms are very nice, the breakfast is very tasty, the pool is beautiful. We can highly recommend this place!

disappointment with service and response During my stay in early December, there was an accident where a mirror broke while I was sleeping, posing a serious threat to my safety. I informed the damage to my personal belongings and the inconvenience, but I have not received any compensation or communication. Also requested room cleaning, but it was not done.

I have stayed 5 days and can say that the people, service and grounds are a real pleasure. It's not a 5 star hotel but it has many features that would compete with one. The room price is about right for the area but the restaurant either needs to up their product or lower their price, I've only been marginally satisfied with the food, however the service has been super. There's a kitchen, dining table and living room along with a large shower in my room which makes this longer stay more comfortable.

Rooms are nice with plenty of windows to allow light. Plenty of room everywhere. Nice sized shower. Beautiful view of volcanoes. Will try and stay here again.

Love this place. Worth the money. We stayed here only for 1 night (last night) because its 3 miles from the airport. I wished we could've stayed 2 more night to enjoy the spa and pool. We had an executive suite which was more than enough space for the 2 of us. The bed was fluffy and comfortable. The service was great. Andrea was helpful and arranged for a driver to take us to the airport at 4am. The servers spoke very little English but good enough to help us out. We practiced our Spanish with them. For dinner we had a bottle of wine, pad thai and steak. Delicious. I recommend this place.

The hotel has incredible aesthetic and attention to detail. The views are incredible and there are a ton of places to relax. I'm glad I stumbled upon this place. The executive suite is very spacious

Good general location, but request to be away from Las Americas, it is too noisy. Over level 6 is better for the view Breakfast is not good.

The hotel is nicely decored my room in the 6th floor had a great view. The service and hotel staff could be a bit nicer or make you feel more welcomed. The bed made awful noises if you moved a bit. The shower is dark and the bathroom has low lighting in general. There is an iron and a safe in the closet.

My room was very spacious, even huge. Extremely clean and comfortable. The one drawback is there is a lot of noise that you are hearing from the room above. Specifically the chairs sliding on the floor at the table. Also I think it is a poor decision to charge $20.00 for a shuttle to the airport. Every hotel I have stayed at near a airport includes this free of charge. Uber costs me $2.73. Likewise the restaurant charges $15.00 for a medium size bowl of pasta, no salad or bread. The pool and surrounding area is beautiful, new and clean. The whole hotel is very new and clean. I think it is a good comfortable place to stay.
