I
bought
a
Gold
gift
certificate
for
my
mom,
and
although
the
skill
of
the
employees
is
not
in
dispute,
the
treatment
was
deliberately
poor.
They
make
a
clear
distinction
between
certified
clients
and
regular
clients.
They
made
my
mother
wait
for
several
minutes
while
other
clients
passed
by,
the
treatment
towards
her
was
quite
poor
which
was
evident
with
their
attitudes
and
tone
of
voice!
They
didn't
even
provide
her
with
a
robe!
I
wonder
if
you
have
to
be
a
regular
customer
to
be
treated
well,
how
are
you
supposed
to
become
a
regular
customer
with
that
treatment?
If
you
want
to
give
away
any
of
Le
Petit's
services
to
please
someone
or
as
a
nice
gift,
don't
do
it.
They
will
treat
their
loved
one
with
clear
disinterest.
