Great service but the restrooms were nasty and very smelly.I wouldn't recommend using it before eating.

Tastes just like the one in the states. If you need an American meal with being sure its safe to eat and won't ruin your stomach, this is the spot to go to. Can get a US taste of Wendy's. Two floors, a lot of seating. Be sure to try their Nutella frost, which is practically worth going here to eat all on its own, one of the best Nutella shakes I have ever had, was shocked to find it at Wendy's!

I'm a big Wendy's fan and was thrilled to see them here in Guatemala. I've eaten from here three times now. I wish they would do a better job on the preparation. The problem is the veggies on the burgers and chicken sandwiches are lacking in quantity, freshness and flavor. You'll see in the pics below that the lettuce was barely present. It's a bummer when you know the burger could be so much better if they prepared it properly. Makes me wonder, is there a lettuce and tomato shortage here? The ambiance here is okay, though a bit dreary. I will probably return, and hopefully next time the meal will be closer to the Wendy's quality standard. The meal cost was $7.05 in USD.

We were relieved to find an American company with fast, efficient American service. We’ve unfortunately encountered some very rude locals in our stay in Antigua, and the staff at this Wendy’s were all super friendly and nice, and even seemed to enjoy the task of helping translate our order to the lady who was entering it into the system. They very easily accommodated my food allergies (I can’t eat gluten or dairy, got the chicken wrap, no flour tortilla, lettuce instead). And they have Coke Zero, which mot many restaurants around here offer. The service was great, food came out fast, and great value on prices (especially compared to all the options nearby which are 2.5-3x higher). The building is also unique.

It's sub par, service was slow and they tried to give my friend something he didn't order without letting him know because there was low stock.

This was a nice surprise especially since my hometown doesn't have one of these so it had been quite sometime since I visited one. Make sure they put in all the sauces because they will "forget" to put in salad dressing, BBQ sauce, etc. There's a fountain inside and the most beautiful Wendy's I've ever seen.

Best Wendy’s we have ever had! Was better than back at the States! Everything was incredibly hot, fresh, and delicious! Would highly recommend going to this one if you get the chance. The customer service and attention to detail is extremely high!!
