    The Yonge blond girl that makes the food is not happy today. She is not polity at all to work delivering food to costumers. No patience at all. I felt so bad. I definitely should have gone to other place for breakfast.

    Only one till operating at 9am on a Saturday. I've been waiting 15 minutes and haven't even ordered anything. 5 people banging out the drive thru and only 2 people upfront on one till and the second dude was packing up skip orders half the time. I don't blame the employees seems like a lack of managerial support

    Me and my family enjoy getting Tim Hortons delivered on our Saturday mornings for breakfast, and I can't tell you the last time this location got our order correct. They consistently send the wrong items in the order. I highly recommend not placing an order at this location if you want to receive what you ordered

    Very rude indian workers, asked tor breakfast at 1 pm and they guy was too rude and telling me you know what time is it now we dont have breakfast but on the screen it says breakfast all thay i wish tim horto spend more time for them for customer service!!!!

    When I started my morning shift to a new company, I always my bfast here since this is on thw way everything was okay, until today, Dec 11 2023, 6ish in the morning. I encountered a very rude staff, not just one but 2 staffs, I actually felt racism!!!! The first one I asked politely, "Can I please have a straw?" She told me "ehh I am just new here" like you don't know where your straw is? The 2nd staff this got into my nerves, I asked politely again and she said "You have to wait I am kind of busy here" -- rudely! And I snapped! I shouted "Why do you have to do that I am a customer here!" And she said sarcasticaly "I am busy I am sorry with a smiling face, turned around from her workmates and gave me an eye roll! WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS! I AM NOT EVEN RUDE IN THE FIRST PLACE! THESE 2 STAFFS ARE OBVIOUSLY RACISTS! YOU HAVE TO DO SOMETHIG ABT THIS! I didn't catch her name but for sure I know her face when I see her again!

    I live around the corner from this Tim Hortons location, and every time that I have gone there, the drive-thru takes ridiculously long, even when there’s only a couple cars ahead of me (comparing to any other Tim Hortons location I’ve visited), on top of the fact that when I order food, they are “ Sold out” of whatever I’m looking to order. The staff are very friendly, but the service definitely needs an improvement.

    I ordered a Sausage and Egg on a Croissant, Coffee and Cookie. The drive thru worker was very nice and sweet, but her manager was a giant stress ball running around. Ended up only getting a coffee and a muffin somehow? Coffee was great, should probably make the girl on drive thru the manager instead.

    Hey Tim Hortons, I wanted to share my experience at your establishment. Unfortunately, I encountered a cashier who was rude and arrogant towards me around 9:30 today. It made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I believe that good customer service is essential, and I hope you can address this issue to ensure a better experience for future customers. I experience this kind of service multiple times in your store and also so many customer complain in reviews and why your management don't take any actions? Why you dont take this seriously. If your employees are rude and not showing respect to the customer just close your branch.

    I came there at 6 PM evening. Manager the old fat lady is so rude and arrogant. She is just behaving rudely with employees also. She treated them like slaves. I recommend to owner please fired her. She can’t work as customer service employee. She is talking rudely and i hope she will learn some manners to how to work with other people. She was yelling on employees without any mistake.

    This morning was the last time I am giving Tim Hortons a chance. Go in, long line because under staffed, no hashbrowns, flies yet again landing on the donuts and muffins. Worse, I get my breakfast sandwich and the two crabby ladies behind the food line make stupid comments that I should have asked for ketchup when ordering. The two ladies need to quit a get a new job. Everyone who has gone there more than once knows who I am talking about.
