I got a manicure with shellac nails. The woman who did my nails for me was so good, very quick and efficient. My nails were so neat and lasted sooo long, I still have them on now after 4 weeks and they haven't chipped at all. She did a really good job I cannot get the shellac off so just waiting for it to grow out its so neat that it doesn't even look that bad. I would definitely go again next time I come to Guelph. The staff are polite and easy to talk too I had a relaxing time and I very pleased with the result.

Wanted to love this place because of all the good reviews, but had a not so great experience. The gel burned really bad and when I mentioned this, the nail tech tried to tell me it was because I was moving. This makes no sense. I also felt very rushed out as the entire process was rushed which resulted in sloppier nails :(

horrible experience! i went in for a refill, and was pressured into getting a full set as the tech told me i needed it… i asked for a square shape, and she kept rounding the edges, i corrected her multiple times but she did not change what she was doing. next i asked for french tip and showed a photo of what i wanted, however what i got was no where near what i asked for. i had been quoted $35 for the refill and ended up paying $75 as i left because she told me she had to remove my grown out acrylics and put new on. would never go back

Last Saturday I had a shellac pedicure at this salon. Thao usually does my pedicure, but this time I couldn't manage our schedules, so I decided to give a new girl a chance this time. They booked me with Lee. I haven't done manicures in salons for years, because my nails get brittle and fragile after, and I specifically don’t allow them to use a nail file for my manicure. IT just layers the edges of my hand nails. This time I wanted a basic manicure cleaning without using a nail file and nail polish. I clearly spelled that out *word by word* to Lee and she started cutting a nail on my hand with a big nail clipper that she had previously used for pedicures and after cutting one nail the edges were so uneven and sharp, I complained and she just replied that now she should use a nail FILE. I was so disappointed because I just explained to her a minute ago -clearly asking that she does not use the file. She didn't even apologize to me, she just continued to talk about me in her first language (that I understood a few words) with her colleagues in a sarcastic tone, right in front of me. That was so disrespectful. She quickly finished my pedicure and I wanted to end that unpleasant scene as soon as possible and leave. I left her a tip of $5 because I thought, well, at least she gave me a nice pedicure. When I came home, I saw that my right toenail was not grind down and without shaped edges and they were pulling my sock. I had to use my nail clipper and cut the edges, unfortunately I ruined just finished shellac on my toenail. I'm very disappointed with the service I got from Lee.

Lovley place to enjoy and relax getting spoiled. Le did an amazing job on my nails and had the best pedicure. All the staff treated you with respect and most enjoyable to be at. 5 star 🌟 . Great Job.

I started going to this salon somewhat as a fluke, as I was in the area and wanted to treat myself. I was fortunate enough to meet Wendy, one of their nail technicians, who has without a doubt been one of the best nail techs I've ever used. She is fast, efficient, her attention to detail is amazing, and the nails LAST! As you can tell I'm a little rough on my hands (we own a farm, and I'm constantly working), and despite my hands being in rough shape, she makes them look amazing. Highly highly recommend!!!

Updated review:. Had my nails done the first time they cut the cuticles too far on my pedicure left a scab, but the rest of my family had perfect nails. Came back to get them fixed since it could've been a one time mistake got pedicure for free, and got manicure as well while I was there they did a great job and loved the design too. Will probably come back next time. Customer service was great with responding to my issue.

Love my nails, didn’t love the experience. I’ve never been in pain from getting my nails done, but the lady took so long and filed so hard my fingers hurt. My finger also got infected probably from all of the poking and probing so will unfortunately not be returning

Just got my nails done here last week. Within a week almost every single one of my shellac nails have chips. I have never had this issue before at any other salon. Disappointed as I was excited to go back as the service was nice

Excellent first visit. Worked with Jen and she was great at listening to what I preferred. Nails look amazing and above all service is really great which makes it all worthwhile. Update - at my second visit a few weeks later, there was a small problem with the work on my nails after about a week but all it took was a quick call and they went over and above to fix it! My nails are back to looking great and the service was impeccable. Highly recommended
