I've purchased items from this store many times. My last purchase was a sterling silver chain roughly 2 1/2 weeks ago. The chain broke four days ago, through no fault of my own. I went into the Stone Road location and was told I would have to speak to a manager or the owner. I called Casey, the manager of the downtown location this morning regarding the broken chain. Since it was past the two week period and I did not have my receipt (who keeps all their receipts?) there wasn't much she could do for me. She suggested I get in touch with the owner, but that it would be difficult as they are rarely around. Then she wanted me to email her a picture of the chain. I asked what good would become of that. She fumbled with her words and again suggested I call the owner. I asked her, if as the manager of the store, was she not able to make decisions? She said if it was her decision, she would say no. Waste of time calling her. Glad I didn't waste my time emailing a picture of the broken chain, which clearly was poorly made. I'll never shop here again. Customer service is terrible.

I’ve purchased from here twice now - the items I’ve bought include a t-shirt, greeting card, and pair of earrings. I’ve been very happy with all of my purchases! The store has a relaxing atmosphere and things are beautifully displayed. The customer service is excellent - when I had an issue with one of the earrings I bought they replaced it for me which was greatly appreciated. I’ll highly recommend to others!

I am from out of town, and I was looking for something quite specific (my initial L and a nice chain to go with it). I had looked around the store for at least 10 minutes to not have either of the girls behind the desk say hello or ask me if I needed help). I ended up going up to the desk and asked them a question, they answered it and continued on with their conversation that was clearly more important than helping me. I was so frustrated with the customer service; I ended up leaving. I went to Peoples where I was greeted as soon as I walked in and I was assisted the entire time I was there and eventually, ended up purchasing a different necklace with them. It's a shame because I was super excited when I walked into Harmony as I had never been before and loved it. I WANTED and planned on buying something there.

I adore this store :) Clothing styles that I found in Southeast Asia and everything fits amazingly :) The vibe is definitely amazing and I adore the dresses and the music and the ambiance.

I went into this store looking for a present for my daughter. After picking up many items, I came across a marked down area with odds and ends. I was interested in an item that was marked down to $5.95 from $59.95. I was happy with my find and continued to the checkout. At the checkout the young lady grabbed the item and ranted about how the "other employee" had marked the item wrong. She continued to loudly explain that she "just couldn't possibly sell me this item at that price". I was confused as I thought that even though a mistake was made it was not mine and she should still sell me the item at the stickered price. That was not the case. She huffed and said she was sorry but oh well for me. I then informed her I would not be purchasing anything for her store. She seemed annoyed and just let me walk out..angry and never to return. If this is the policy and customer service I receive than I will NEVER return and I wouldn't bother if I were you!

Staff was helpful and the overall energy was calming and serene. I could have spent hours there! My experience was five-stars worthy, however I was overcharged at the checkout. There was a sale for 20% off sterling silver jewelry, but I realized once I got home that the discount was never applied. I won't be back in town for a good four months, so it looks like money I'll never get back. But again, other than that the store was lovely

I recently purchased a gold necklace for my partner from this location and was delighted by the friendly and professional staff member that assisted me. I was politely greeted upon entering the store and directed toward the product I was looking for. This location seems to be taking appropriate precautions to help customers stay safe and sanitary during the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to the excellent customer service, the product I purchased appears to be of good quality and I am satisfied with its appearance.

I bought myself a pair of beautiful gold hoop earrings recently and I absolutely love them! My shopping experience in store was great, the staff was all very friendly and not pushy at all.

I used to go to harmony all the time! I loved it and loved the environment. I don’t write reviews often but my friends prompted me to because of how upsetting my last experience was. I accidentally tried on one of the stores “show” earrings to see if the earring would look nice on my wedding day. I obviously was very unaware of the “no try on rule” and did not see any signs posted. Because it was a pair of show earrings I didn’t even second guess myself. The clerk helping me got so mad, she didn’t raise her voice but her tone changed and she looked and acted extremely mad and disappointed in me. She told me how ridiculous it was that I would try them and and walked away with the earrings extremely mad at me. I awkwardly walked away and didn’t know what to do and so I thought I should leave the store. As I left the store I said, I’m sorry again and have a nice day. The lady ignored me, looked at me with disgust and didn’t say goodbye. I left the store feeling so gross and upset which was very sad because I love harmony:/.. just don’t try anything on is my recommendation.

Excellent customer service. My daughter broke her bracelet and I brought it back to see if they could repair it, but they replaced it on the spot. No questions asked! Awesome store. Adorable items! Highly recommend it.
