The source is fundamentally flawed with their return policy. SHOP AT OWN RISK. They Sell broken products that are supposed to be brand new then require you deal with the manufacturer to get your problem solved if the product is defective out of the box(luckily apple has great customer service, if this was a small name brand then I would be screwed). Especially for electronics this is big deal breaker. Not gunna buy my electronics from a company that has a “no return once opened” policy…. How am I supposed to feel confident buying expensive electronic products from here… even if you have to pay a little more at Best Buy just go there it’s not worth the gamble of getting a broken product you can’t return.

Ordered something online for pick up in store. I didn't wait for confirmation as the website said they had it in stock. Got to the store and was told they didn't have any product left. After further discussion the manager said he would go look again in the back. He came out with the item that I ordered. Received what I ordered which is great but I just wish it went a bit smoother.

I had a very shocking experience while shopping at the Source recently. The staff were very knowledgable about the products, however the manager was very rude. He was openly using slurs like the R word in the presence of customers while belittling his staff. It was a very uncomfortable experience and honestly something I would not expect in this day in age. Completely unacceptable and I am unlikely to return.

I am not usually a review writer but I felt like the service I received from Neelam definitely deserves one. Here are the highlights: - showed me different options for the aux cord i was looking for (they were not in the same area together so i wouldnt have known without the help) - helped me pick a more durable option than the ones i have been choosing at various places for not much more $12 vs $20. (Also ive gone through 3 or 4 of these 10-15 dollar ones in the last 4 months). Just looking at how this product is made it going to be better - i dont normally buy the 4 dollar protection plan but if it breaks within a year a get another one. -she then asked me if i was a member of anything and started listing off stuff i could use. Ive never used my CAA membership before and now i have. And it saved me the amount of my protection plan We all know mostly only two types of people leave a review. The ones who had a really bad experience or people who had a really good experience. I had a great experience and it is directly because of the person who helped me. Thanks Neelam!

I recently visited The Source in Stone Road mall, and I had help from Neelam to switch my Android phone to Apple. This was such a great experience for me due to her knowledge and experience, making this an easy process. Any time I go to this location I make sure I bring my concerns to Neelam, as she has always been very helpful and she is extremely professional. Thanks to Dan Cahoon for a great experience! I was looking for a replacement screen protector for my phone. Since the one in stock was discontinued and not for sale, Dan just gave it to me. What happened next was what really impressed me though. Dan replaced my screen protector, took the time to find out more about me and used that info to talk about other services The Source provides. The only way I'm open to hearing about what a company can do for me is if I'm treated like a human first and not a sales opportunity. I went into the Stone Road store and was helped by Neelam, a sales associate. When she completed my sale, she asked about my cell service and advised me about a plan she could offer me. I had no intention of changing providers or of upgrading my cell phone. Neelam was so informative and showed me ways to save money while receiving a new iPhone. I took the info home to mull over, did some comparative shopping and called the store to ask Neelam to go over the numbers but she wasn’t in. Rob took over and was just as great!! Amazing service and 2 very happy clients (my husband and myself)!! Thanks so much Neelam!!

Christmas shopping can be highly stressful. I want to take a moment to thank Amanda and all the women who work at this location for not only providing exceptional customer service every time I came in but also remembering this is a stressful time for parents, and a smile and some small talk can go a long way. I made a few trips into the Guelph Source the last few weeks taking notes while the kids looked at things that I came back for after. Each time Amanda happened to be working, she remembered my kids and me. She knew what they were looking at and ensured I got the correct item. Her manager looked a little annoyed at us chatting, but I hope he understands that the five minutes of talking with me turned my almost tears into a smile which at this time of year is priceless; she also made some good sales for the store and created a loyal customer. With three teenage boys in my home, I will be back a lot.

I had amazing help today in store from Farhan and Daniel - they helped me trade in my existing mobile phone and upgrade to a newer one, set up home internet services, add a second line to my account, and also pick out a speaker. They were professional, kind, and patient throughout the whole process. The whole team is very friendly and attentive. I felt like I was really taken care of. I am really happy with my experience today and highly recommend it.

My experience shopping at the Source at Stone Road Mall was above all expectation. At end of June this year I upgraded to an iPhone 12 and Daniel was so helpful in explaining the new phone to me and setting it up . Today I got noise canceling headphones . I explained to Amanda and Daniel that I didn’t really like things in my ears so got an excellent recommendation for over the ear SkullCandy headphones . She set them up for me and got rid of the packaging I wouldn’t need. Both of them made excellent suggestions for phone usage when I’m travelling in Europe . I went here to purchase my daughter a phone. I came back with 2 phones 3 screen protectors, 3 pair of headphones and 2 charging boxes and it was all worth it for a very low price. One of the workers there named Neelam took their time and energy and helped my daughters and I for 2 hours. Her service was excellent and she was very kind. We had many problems but she managed to fix everything. Her calculations and everything was on point. She deserves a raise! I am very thankful that she was there and I'm hoping she will be there the next time I come by. Neelam is a very hard worker at the source and because she was the one helping us, my family and I came back happy and astonished on how great she does her job. The service was excellent!
