My first time I ordered the Fettuccine in creamy basil sauce with grilled prawns. I must say it was delicious, although perhaps the best part was how quickly it arrived! The outdoors ambience was pretty cool too, there's a huge TV there as well. The service was good too. Just be careful: it's a popular place and a pretty small seating so it gets crowded very fast especially after 7 ish in the evening. I went early and I'm so glad I did! One thing that irked me no end was the weird difference between the chairs and the table (outdoor seating). The chair's too low, the table's too high. It's hard to eat.

The atmosphere ia good. The food was also great. A bit expensive than other similar food chains / resturants. Although the serving could be a bit more as i have noticed it has decreased for some dishes.

Tuscany is the best place to visit for luxurious and classiest experience, If you want to see foreigners and big people eating around you, Tuscany is the place to go. Their taste is always upto the mark, service, ambiance is phenomenal. There’s is a perception that it’s very expensive when in reality it’s not as It has maintained the same prices from couple of years. Honestly, I loved the ambience of old Tuscany more but it’s one of the best as well, This time I tried their Rib Eye Steak and it was very juicy, tender and full of flavour along with Parmesan Stuffed Crusted Chicken which was very good as well.

Everything so was tasty except the pasta 8/10 and the environment 10/10 service was slow they forget to give his complementary pizza and tea ☕️

For steaks we had both in chicken and beef the Quantity is too less ...if u compare to other similiar restaurants for steak and italian food...in city ...prices are unjust....other dining options are better ....as of taste now ...its declining standard. Tuscany special pizza wasnt 'special'...had processed meat on top, was so-so. Soup was too corn starchey so the chef had to make it thin. Garlic bread with soup was good. Fish was fresh too but fries could be better.

Very well behaved staff, we really enjoyed food in open environment. Quality wise food is good. We ordered beef chilli, parmesan chicken, lasagne and cheesecake. Everything was perfect.A little expensive but they have some bank card discounts which is really good. The management understands the value of coustomers.

My expectations were perhaps much more and I was disappointed in both the service offered by the staff and the taste of the food. In my humble opinion this place us overrated. The Tuscan experience We went on a Saturday afternoon for Hi-Tea. Hi-Tea is offered from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM in two sitting each one 90 minutes long. We had made reservations for second sitting at 5:00 PM. It's better to make reservation on weekends for Hi-Tea as it becomes crowded there. Ambiance of place was spectacular, the exterior, tables and wines surrounding the courtyard made us feel like we were in Tuscany. Menu is not very wide and quantities were limited especially for Chaat Corner. I liked Chicken Lollypop, Prawn, Finger Fish, Quiche and Grilled Chicken. Pasta, Vegetable Pockets, and salads were okie. I did not try the only available beef dish. But Desserts were real winner of the menu. Every single (and tiny in quantity) item was absolutely mouth watering. From Pastries to Tiramisu, everything was yummy. However it was Chocolate Mousse which made us take a second round to the dessert table. It was absolutely Devine. For the price of Hi-Tea, it's best option in Islamabad, focus on the quality, not quantity.

If you are in the mood of having Italian food, place to go, Tuscany Courtyard in ISB. Good is good ,service is excellent but prep food time was bit longer than expected, even it wasn't busy time by any means.

Decent ambiance, amazing flat bread and one of the best thin crust pizza I have had. Right amount of thin but not paper crispy. Pasta sauce was on point too. The chicken dish was quite disappointing. A little too sweet.

It's ok, nothing out of this world great. Same old white sauce on everything. The caesar salad was quite nice. The steak was average. The spicy fettuccine pasta was good but no balance between pasta and (too much) sauce - and the flavor was quite pungent. Not bad, but not great. The pizza was good. Went on a sunday for lunch, outdoor seating was nice. Staff was courteous and attentive.

The place is good for get-together with friends and family. Over the weekend and usually at dinner time, rush is high and difficult to find parking place. This place is accessible for persons with disabilities and accept both cash and card. The quality of food is average and fresh salads are good. They also have a menu for people of keto diet. Roof top is best place for dinner.

We had done team lunch there, taste was amazing and serving for ome person is enough that one can easily full their tummies, rest you can get reserved table for you by calling them. Beef Deck and Beef Rib steak are best dishes so far.

I’ve heard a lot about this place but it wasn’t all what I expected. You have to be prepared for it to be crowded 24/7. The whole place just claustrophobia. That being said, the food was decent. Not the best, but definitely up there. I wish they had better menu options. It seemed very outdated. However, that could just be their vibe.

Heard about this place a lot, so I went there and saw what the hype was about. I would say the food was good but not that I would be speechless.

The restaurant is located in a posh area and offers relatively calm and peaceful environment. The overall look and feel was quite rustic both inside, outside and around the restaurant with nothing cozy about it at all. We ordered their hi-tea platter for two and although I don't mind a little service delay but it took much longer than that. The double decker serving tray with salad bowl on top was quite unstable and you had to be careful to avoid tipping it over. They initially served mint margarita which was very slushy and thus unsuitable for consumption in cold weather without hurting your throat. Buffalo wings covered in thick sauce were quite spicy whereas chicken tacos and mexican quesadilla were moderate in taste. Dynamite prawns couldn't impress much and over all the taste of sour cream was overly dominant in most of the items. Vol-au-vent puff pastry and chicken sliders (i.e. Miniature burgers) were a disappointment. Although the biggest disappointment was their grilled chicken caesar salad with sour cream taste and quite unhygienic too with human hair inside it. I pray it was not an armpit hair 🤮 although the manager offered to replace it but i declined and rather chose not to eat it. And the microscopic "assorted pastries" were normal in taste. In general cost cutting was quite obvious by compromising on quality as well as quantity. For instance, Slush loaded mint margarita, Tapal tea-bag green tea and excessive use of sour cream. Although i am not sure how much authentic Italian it was, but it doesn't deserve a second visit any time soon.

Tuscany's ambience is serene and charming. Menu is extensive and seasonal to a particularly high standard. Rooftop is the icing on the cake. Food is great(+) and prices are neither very high nor low. In short one of the finest dining in Islamabad.

Starting off with the Covid related precautions taken by the staff put me at real ease. The staff was very well equipped, and they followed the social distancing guidelines really well. I honestly felt really safe at the resturant, and comfortable with the staff because of it.props to the management and the staff. Second, the food was was really well prepared, fresh and delicious, so hats off to the chef. And lastly, the ambiance of Tuscany was wonderful. It's perfect for night out with friends, family or even for a special evening with your significant other. Would highly recommend Tuscany to anyone reading this review! ⭐

DON'T RECOMMEND! I visited this place in March 2020 with my friend. My friend ordered lamb chops and I ordered chicken tarragon. Both were below average with lamb chops slightly better. Everything else like seating, waiting time, service was okay. Overall if you want to spend that amount of money you are better off visiting other high end restaurant's.

Tuscany courtyard is a very special place. Specially in the cold winter nights. Situated in the posh center of Islamabad, the kohsar market, Tuscany provides you with a blend of different flavours. I, however believe it is most famous for its Italian cuisine (the name has a hint too). We went there for a dinner. I was with my wife n kids. It was a rather cold night but there outdoor heating was doing the job(those sitting a bit farther from the heater did complain). I would rate the over all ambience of the place as excellent, the management as above par and the food as top notch. The ingredients are generally fresh, cheese is of high quality, spices are just right. We tried there wild shitake mushroom steaks, Fettuccine pasta, mushroom melt burger and baked sole fish. Every things tasted good and fresh. On a separate occasion I have also tried there pizzas and paninis and they were excellent too. Caution: The prices are on a higher side. For the quality of food some might say it is justified, I don't agree.

We ordered the buffalo wings, mushroom ravioli, mushroom shitake steak and bread pudding with soft drinks. The food was great, I would definitely say the crunchy carrot shreds on the steak were a subtle but extremely delicious touch, especially in terms of texture. If you're only up for a good time dessert, definitely go for their desserts, the bread pudding was heavenly. The food was delicious and the staff was extremely polite. This place is not for the faint of heart though! The bill is always a sizable amount so in general restaurant standards in the city I would consider this to be extremely expensive.

Wasn't really impressed with the food I had for the price being paid. The only reason I'm giving it more stars than I wanted to is because of the customer service. They're extremely friendly and very accommodating.

Bad experience. The soup was cold although i specifically requested to warm the bowls beforehand. The calamari starter was a thick cut with a thick crust. Pesto salad was ok. The heating arrangements were bad and the staff were too busy to take care of us.

The peach tea here was weak ... in competition to the Cheeseburger you could get a trailer and more affordable burger in Jinnah - Burger Fest... Tuscany used to be a good dine 8n spot but has lost its quality with time. Took some family friends yesterday and was disappointed. The food quality . Quantity and service were below average. I might not return Tuscany again now after repeated bad experiences.

A must go to place if you are in Islamabad. The ambiance is amazing and the food is always just perfect. They have out door sitting as well as roof top dinning. Personally for me I like their Italian the most. Complementary flat breads are always something I look forward too. Another thing I would recommend are the steaks as well. A bit on the expensive side for food but the overall experience is worth it.

Previously went to Tuscany Islamabad when it was at a different location and the food was actually excellent and innovative to some extent. This time the staff was courteous and professional but that was the only upside. The food was average at best. I loved the place but the food has suffered and better cuts of meat with quick service time from grill to table is needed as the food got cold on the way to the table. Ambiance is nice and seems to be located at a very in spot with other restaurants close. Buffet offered by Lahore was good but will need to see how it is now after they have also changed the location. Currently the Lahore Tuscany is closed for location change.

Had the wild shiitake mushroom steak (beef) and it was tasty. Service is good as well. Setting on the rooftop terrace is small but cosy. Menu is very diverse so there's definitely something for everyone. Probably not the best place if you're looking for spicy desi food because that's not on the menu.

Do visit these guys is you're looking for a good hi tea buffet. They have lots and lots of dishes and they have amazing desserts. The chicken Chilli Dry and beef was perfect. The dessert section was to die for too. Definitely would recommend these guys.

Food was excellent. I ordered wild mushroom soup and pollo chicken. Soup was piping hot and delicious. Pollo chicken was good too and portion size a bit too big for me. I have given them 3 stars because of the service. Soup wasn't even finished as yet and they brought in the main dish. All though it wasn't crowded at all the management seemed in a rush to get the table vacant. Bill was Rs.2200 & I paid on card and didnt have change so I gave 500 rupee note. They didnt bring back the change. I had to ask them to do so. These are little things that they have to keep in mind to improve their service.

We tried 6 different steaks, both chicken n beef, n all were good especially whiskey River, if you like BBQ sauce. Medium well is the best option. I had heard great reviews about this place buy I was a little disappointed with the plate that was offered to me. I ordered the Peper sauce beef steak, Ok the presentation was nice although I do wish the vegetables were a little more fresh. The garden salad was a bowl full of old iceberg lettuce with a few cucumbers. The fish was good but the chips were hard and dry. The chicken steak was good but the beef steak was too pink for my liking. I must admit we did get to the restaurant 30 mins before closing time and they were kind enough to accommodate us. I feel if they work a little more on their presentation of the plate and try to give fresh vegetables with the steak they could have a winner menu on their hands.

The food was great and the service was also good. I would recommend everyone to come here when they visit Islamabad. The restaurant itself had a very nice atmosphere and it had outdoor seating 😊. I hope they also open a branch in Karachi. The prices were about maybe 2000-2500 per person depending on what you order.

This is one of those good fancy places that people go for anniversaries. The ambiance of this place is amazing. Great quantity. I ordered the Tuscany Panini and food was alright. My company ordered Penne pasta, some steak and skillet brownie, they loved their food. I liked mine but wasn't that big of a fan. Would like to try more items though. I tried the Parmesan Chicken Panini, Parmesan Crusted Stuffed Chicken, and Peach Iced Tea at Tuscany Courtyard on HBL's 40% discount offer this past weekend. The Parmesan Chicken Panini was the best tasting sandwich I've ever had, and I made it a point to savor every single bite. The Peach Iced Tea was different than the rest (not Nestea) and pretty great, too. I will definitely be going back for the Panini. I honestly think that is the best sandwich in the world.

I would say the location is great. The setting is great. The service unquestionably good. I won't consider it a bad experience at all. But the main ingredient to the experience is the food. And it fell short of my expectations. I was hoping for a meal as good as the rest of the restaurants aura. It is not as good as the charges. Nothing truly against it but nothing to make me go there again either.

This review is coming a month late but necessary nevertheless. Very bad experience!! Ordered jalapeno beef steak, medium well. What came was a huge piece of meat raw in the center with blood oozing on the plate. I didn't touch it. Our table had 4 steaks but only 1 steak knife. I had to cut my steak with the butter knife. Called the staff several times but they wouldn't listen. Finally got one of the waiters to bring steak knives. Took 10-15 min to bring one more steak knife. By this time two of us had finished the steak using the butter knife. Called the manager and complained to him about the service and under cooked steak. He nicely got my steak changed. I couldn't risk another beef steak so got a chicken replacement which was ok. Two other steaks on our table were also raw in the center. Today was probably not their day as people on the next table had their orders mixed up. They gave us a complimentary molten lava cake which was really good but the whole experience was marred by the steaks and poor service. People go out to eat to spoil themselves and they pay good money to do that so one expects the experience to be a good one. However, I'm not going there anymore, hopefully. Mind you I've had many steaks elsewhere and I always get medium well which is never raw in the center. It is the ideal temperature that is neither raw nor too chewy. The only thing that was good that night was the decor of the restaurant. Note the red in pictures is blood, not the sauces.
