A very nice shop for imported items but very expensive. From chocolates to Tobacco, they have everything. Nowadays due to Corona, one has to stand in a Que and wait to get inside 1 by 1. Keep it up

Terrible online services. Lethargic customer services over the phone. Very opposite to having such an elite clientele and command over certain areas of class but in the end it shows that corporate corruption surpasses the needs of training their staff to be well spoken, smelling nice and well-informed of their products or their availability.

Excellent shop but customer services level is not upto the mark. The male staff at the perfumes counter and cash counter are absolutely discourteous.

The best place to stock up on exotic goods. I enjoyed browsing the cigar and chocolate collections, but it would be helpful if the shop displayed prices. It's annoying to pick out items without knowing how much they'll cost until you get to the register. I really hope that the management make an effort to fix this so that I'm not left disappointed.

Has everything one would ever need and has mostly everything imported at an affordable rate, you can't find such imported quality items anywhere else. Highly recommend.

This is literally the coolest shop in Islamabad. If you're a traveller like me, then they've got exactly what you need to bring back the nostalgia. I love their tobacco room because of the variety the have. 🔥🔥💥

Its a very good store where you can find all the items which you want even you will buy many things which you even dont want, well there store ambiance is very nice they have quality items ranging from food to chocolates utilities to smoke gift items and you will like how its full of items there gift boxes are awesome and quality is fine all imported utilities

It's is said that if Yu can't find anything related to imported cosmetics, perfumes, chocolates etc you will find it on SHAMS. I am their customer since childhood and it never disappoints. Very professionally managed and you will find the best variety in town for sure.

A wide variety of imported products specially the chocolate corner is best.

First of all although good place for imported stuff but watch out for expired or near expired stuff plus no receipt given to me don't know if it was done on purpose and no exchange policy it's not really good better to goto essajee or Wilson or Watson forgot to check chocolate expires they are just a month away.!!

Idk why I haven’t seen this shop before. Everything I miss from Dubai is available here. But I really would prefer if they write the price on the product as it’s a hassle to ask for every single product everytime.

That is our go to shop for imported stuff but their gift baskets are such a fail for last 3 years in a row I'm complaining for near to expiry products but they bat no eye on that. It's so embarrassing to give anyone their gift baskets as they have short expiry of a month or two hardly. I spoke to the owner lady but the problem is persistent over the years

Staff needs to learn some basic decency manners. And put the price labels on products please. There’s also no exchange or refund policy, which is very inconvenient.

I would rate it as 2 star because it was my 1st experience shopping from Shams and also LAST! Because no exchange policy is a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. All brands do offer exchange policy, if not refund or return but anyways, won't shop again from Shams.

Ahem.. For certain items it is pricey, but if you are looking for imported/premium chocolates, chips, drinks or cigars, this is the place to go in Islamabad. Also amazing for buying gifts. The decors and product placements are do good. Once you go there you won't just be inspired to buy a gift for others but also for the most special person.. Yes yourself!

Variety of imported brands under one roof, but charging u higher than the market

You can sometimes find imported items that you can't find anywhere else. J However, the prices are very steep and def. much higher than the actual price of the product.

We frequently visit but yesterday ;while getting a mist or body spray ….they don’t have testers nor the paper strip available…one is expected to buy it without being able to smell it properly ….so they should have that facility as it is a general practise in all the perfume section around the world or they can add those to perfume counter ….secondly they have a small establishment but the helpers are always more than customers …they know that 90 % of the customers that visit are educated and know what they want to buy …..

I walk in look at things, nobody asked to serve me, I asked questions and they know not much about the products, which are highly overpriced.

The one and only place since 1990 or even before where one can find desires and get them wrapped to take home with you 😀.

A upscale general store with mostly imported products. Prices are on the higher side, but you can get your choice of things. Chocolates and other delicacies are fresh.

They are meant to sit on counters and expire.They do have a wide variety of brands but I am not sure if they are original or fresh. A high end store with imported chocolates, fragrances and other cosmetic stuff. I would recommend only for leisure shopping and not for a routine one.
