I’m a calisthenics,Crossfit,Core,diet expert, and Fitness coach from 2011 certified. Joined this gym from 2021. Advertising the gym through my videos like it’s my home from 3 years. Honest opinion Nice sitting area outside gym, Consist of two floors,No car parking, gym grass floor never vacuumed. 1: Gym Area is good people are friendly, fans and coolers are working but still Gym temperature is to hot, No calisthenics area in gym, So i have to provide different training to students by making self made sets, 2: Machinery is made in pakistan some of them are not properly balanced and don’t hit the muscle properly and 4/5 machine are miss used by the public but nobody notice. 3: Only gym in pakistan If they find you training students who came with you and giving gym fee already and they are not from gym,Owner will charge extra charges separately from gym fee. 4: No vinyl Flooring So you have to be careful with the rubber weight as it can damage floor (owner says) 5: foam Exercising matts are destroyed by public nobody notice. 6: Tricep ropes and many other cross fit accessories are damaged with miss usage by public nobody notice 7: Owner is lalchi It’s my personal opinion no hate or personal grudge Which i observation in three years

This Gym is good. Spacious, variety of machines, Ventilation, Music. Great Place for daily work-out. Recommended.

I used to do my routine workout every day evening at the sameer fitness gym The equipment's were excellent and the zeeshan Trainer was very friendly and supporting and guiding me during the workout.

Gym has potential to be one of the best, but it seems like the owner doesn't really care about that or does not know how. My main concern is that the machinery is garbage, weird angles, poor quality and not enough weight on the machinery. Also the ventilation is very poor, during hot summer days it gets impossible to even breathe in the gym and over that the owner advises his staff to turn off coolers from time to time in order to save electricity. Aside from that the staff and the owner seem somewhat greedy by the way they talk and act around you. Recently it looks like their restaurant business failed and they added that area back and probably refurnished the gym, hope it turns out better for the gym and it's owner. No hate, take this review as positive criticism.
