Answers irrelevant phone calls during appointments. No soap/handwash or bin in the bathroom...What more needs to be said? Update - She really needs to start turning up on time, have telephone consultations and long term planning. Her conduct is abhorrent.

Have had the worst service in person. Very rude receptionist. I really thought the doctor would be better than the receptionist. But where the receptionist can be uptight I was wrong to wonder the doctor would be any better. Little to nothing SOPs being followed. Would never refer to anyone.

Had worst experience ....being diagnosed with disorder or a disease is worst feeling for the patient..All patient need are encouraging remarks to feel better and a hope .But what you actually get are rudest arrogant and harsh comments from Dr.Iram..IS THIS WHAT A DOCTOR DOES... just imposing what she (Dr.) Thinks, not even listening properly to patient.The way a person talks and behaves shows who you are and whats your nature is... Dont even get me started on nurse staff.. Overall totally unsatisfying experience..

Great experience! Made a same day appointment with the Consultant and got it right away. The front desk person and the medical assistant were very nice and helpful. Doctor was great, gave honest review and suggestions, will definitely be back and would recommend it definitely!
