Their bus service is good and their drivers drive with caution. However, management is a bit poor. The bus leaves late sometimes. We got a ticket for 10am and the ticket had 10:35 written under 10am. The bus ironically came at 11 and reached Lahore an extra 1 hour 30 minutes late. I do recommend their services but remember to ask the exact bus arrival time even if you have booked online.

A public transport company having bus and 14 seater coaches from Rawalpindi to different major cities of Pakistan, they also have cargo service. Kohistan express bus terminal Rawalpindi have two waiting lounge, ine for executive travelers and other oblne for ordinary passengers, a tuck shop, coffee and tea shop, prayer place, washrooms etc. Pindi coach service from Rawalpindi to Dera Ismail Khan also have their stand inside Kohistan terminal.

Waiting are was kept clean the terminal in too much rushee area should be there before 1 hour from home 🏡

Kohistan Express Bus Service using since a long. I have mostly been traveling with this bus service. Buses are comfortable, neat and clean, staff is very co operative. In necessary stoppage has not observed during the journey. Air conditioning is also well maintained. No delay was occurred during the journey.

It's a nice bus service but the only issue with very limited TV options is that if you are travelling with an executive class.otherwise no PAD attached with seats.

Mix kind of experience, once I loved it so much and the other time I hated it coz they had us travel so much which was even unnecessary. Regarding this place it's just a normal bus station of Pakistan style. So not much to share about it.

I have used Kohistan Express in the past and had a satisfactory experience. The bus stop was nice and tidy, and the waiting area was neat and clean, with a good capacity. The buses used to be comfortable, and the food served during the journey was of decent quality. However, my recent experience was disappointing. The buses are now very congested, and the seating is uncomfortable. The buses are not clean, and the food served during the journey is of low quality. It's unfortunate that the service quality has gone down in recent years. I hope Kohistan Express will take steps to improve their bus conditions and food quality to provide a better experience for their customers.

Kohistan express is a travel agency. They provide travelling services from lahore to different cities of pakistan . Buses are very comfortable, where is good thing there always some bad, but good experience with them.

I often come here to pick up or drop of my brother - the terminal is really centrally placed - well organized however the parking always an issue. They have open waiting rooms and tbh they're comfy. However if the parking issue gets resolved it'll be much better

There's no best bus terminal in fsd, only nadir flying coach is satisfactory, but it offers only tours for Lahore, Gujranwala

Kohistan is a good service busses are modern n upto date but still one weak area is there's no facility at terminals for passengers like waiting area n bathrooms etc.. Overall I have been travelling since 6 Years I always prefer Kohistan bus service.

It's kind of 3 star services here in between Rawalpindi and Faisalabad, Some busses are in Good conditions and some are just old model with modified seatings, and leg spaces are not enough for 1.9m or plus persons to get in and travel accordingly

The reception desk was courteous. The bus was new. The driver as well as cabin staff were caring & professional . Has an easy access. Recommended option.

Better Location that suits most of the people. Good services and Buses are also maintained.

It's a better service but need to approve a little but there is not any refreshment in this service even juice or soft drink is not available for passenger that's not fair other wise service is very nice

I have mostly used kohistan Daewoo bus service, I found it good one with new buses and cooperative staff. I experienced they often get started with delay of 15 minutes in routine days.

Their service is getting worse day by day and they have never won the hearts of people because of customer service or they are not running this bus service according to the desired standards. They never believed in customer service infact they only believe in bullying and that's why their bus service is running.

I recently used to travel to Islamabad and was impressed with the quality of the service. The bus was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend this service to others.

Overall good Experience Bus started journey from Faizabad Rwp. At 6:30am reached kohistan terminal at 7:00 am after getting passengers leve terminal at 7:20 and stayed for 5 min at motorway mor after that we leave for Faisalabad initially feel bad then fine at all we reached Faisalabad at 12:00pm

Poor service, really disappointed. They are charging too much, even higher than Daewoo Bus Service, but the service standards are very low. I travelled from Isb to Faisalabad in the business class bus. The Bus was just like new one, but most probably it was locally assembled as there was a big noise of engine coming inside the bus. Moreover the whole body of the bus was shaking and making noises badly. Overall it was a bad experience guys.

Not much crowded, Good buses for Faisalabad and Lahore

Its typical. I was expecting punctuality from them. Sadly they're not. My bus was scheduled to leave at 1.40 in noon. They left at 2. Moreover they're charging 1600 but giving services similar to those provided with Kainat Travels (1100 rs). That's not fair.

Reliable buss services from Rawalpindi to Faisalabad. Waiting rooms and attached bathrooms are available. Their are near by local restaurants that serve local dishes like lunch breakfast and dinner.

Stopped using Daewoo Express for some time for traveling to Faisalabad. They have a spacious terminal at Pir Wadhai Morr. Easy U-turn. Quality buses. Will add a detailed review later but I wish they would have the service available for Lahore as well.

I must say one of the best bus service in Rawalpindi Islamabad. Bilal travels mainly uses this kohistan travels bus station for their service. They arrive always on time and also departure is always on time. Cleanliness is also spot on at the station.

Now the standard of kohistan is also going to cheap level.Their staff are so rude.Road hostess behaves like a boss of the bus and the front seats that we book road hostess send us at the back and she relaxes at the front seat while wearing blanket eating chips juices nd cold drinks .and also she make fun of passengers with driver laughing loudly.

It was a pleasant journey as coach was divided in two parts, one Business Plus and other Executive class. Business class is somewhat comfortable but there is need to improve seats maintenance standards as some functions were not operational which may cause some uncomfortableness. Overall experience is satisfactory.

Their buses are excellent. Punctual , comfortable seats. Leds for entertainment. Also offer business class seats. Fares are also reasonable

3 stars for their good services. Punctual, bus condition is good. Need some work on fare and discounts and the proficiency of drivers.
