The seat was broken and the lady (how was a staff member) was so rude. She was shouting when we try to explain our issues. It’s just so unacceptable how she speak whit customers seat number 37 and fare number 680 am just asking her about seat not foal on My daughter she just 3 year old because its not save environment but she not leasing start arguments and she said she not responsible any things I don’t know her name because she refused to tell me we travel Faisalabad to Lahore 12:15 time and date 28 march 2022 never use again and we recommend for everyone it’s not save travel with bilal travel bus services thanks

Bilal Travels are excellent transport service of Punjab which is Lahore based and offers services to Islamabad mainly with some buses for Faisalabad & Multan. The buses for Faisalabad weren't of good quality in the past but new models are now introduced by management. They are from Yutong group, Daewoo & other luxury bus manufacturers. Bilal Transport is also not having adequate buses from Islamabad to Faisalabad route. This is main route so frequency of buses should be increased significantly.

All good, but give window seats to females Best thing is they take care of comfort of the passenger. Cooperative staff.

Station itself is okay, Buses are fine ones but the drivers and bus host are bad. They stop at every corner to fill any empty seats just like local bus. I experience this traveling from Faisalabad to Rawalpindi.

1) Sialkot to Faislabad travel was not good experience because did not provide the head phone or hand free to watch lcd. 2) Touch system of Lcds were also not working properly. 3) no internet connection

It was a good and comfortable bus but fare was a bit higher than other services. I was told that it was due to the entertainment system and food offered on the way, but the only offered water and cold drink. Most of the entertainment systems and LCDs in bus were also out of order.

** Bilal Travels ** After a long time travelling in the bilal travels. Parking is available for passengers cars and bikes without any hassle. Tickets system was a lot of confusing and allotted me Number which wasn't available in the bus. Buses are quite comfortable as compared to the Daewoo Express but time management is poor. So if they work on their time punctuality then they can beat Daewoo Express. Overall it's an OK service.

Try to book tickets on counter rather online apps, as sometime they skip by error or intentionally then they will not accommodate you. And you maybe miss your bus.

Very third class service. There ticket counter representatives always misguide about departure timings. I really suggest everyone to boycott bilal travels.

A good competitor of Daewoo with good buses and services. The staff is cooperative and gentle. The given timing of departure are followed. They need to improve their meals served during the travel.

Poor Service, I booked tickets from Fsd to lhr and when I arrived they don't have any record and our registration mark as cancel on their system. After calling on help line they release us new ticket. After that. Bus on 3 points pick and drop passenger. Like it's a university bus. Not recommended poor Service.

They provide great services. Compared to other services taht are provided by other companies, its one of the best one. Recently each seat has its own screen now.

buses with poor condition and not time manegement. I travel almost 3rd time with Bilal travels 1st they come 30 minutes late and than make a stop to another station when traveling from Faisalabad to Lahore and waste 40 minutes more. They claim 2.20 hours travel but it's takes almost 4 hours. I was who recommend this company at 1st place but now such a cheap service. I will not travel with this anymore. We pay you because our time is important for us but I can't see it's valuable for you too. Very disappointed not recommend.

Busness ckass bus service was very bad because they gives us refreshment with only cold drinks And was not gave to any person refeshment box (biskit.toffee.nimko etc) I rememberd bus hosts have a huge collection of refreshment boxes in the bus. But not gave to oassengers .it is ashmed for bus services .

Its a worst experience to travel with FMBT, staff of the bus was also very badtmeez and the waiting area is also very pathetic if u want travel with luxurious than only ROAD MASTER service is best to travel and the station of that is just like airport it was my best experience i suggest the peoples just try at once

Bilal Travel is a Excellent Transporter in pakistan.Very good Buses and Bus stand in lahore opposite city Terminal Lahore.

Bilal Travels is Charging the Highest fairs in the Market and Bus Quality and service is Worst ever. Old Bus, Unclean and Smelly bus Chairs, No air Freshener and Dirty Curtains I would never travel again and never Suggest any One.

Such a cheapest service buses was too old as well prices charging are up to business buses. I have booked 2 tickets fsd to Lahore time was 6:30 but the bus left the stop 7 pm I have booked Faisal movers but on booking office they give Bilal travels tickets.. Also not mention name on buses just kohistan travels. Very bed experience not recommended!

Absolutely pathetic service, lcds were not working,they didn't gave us access to internet either, bus was not cleaned properly.moreover, total mismanagement was observed as proper seat number was not followed. Extremely unprofessional behavior.

Best thing...affordable fare Bus on route after every 30/40 minutes Fare..from Lahore to fsd..850 Fsd to Rawalpindi..1500 (July22) Buses are good .with tabs with every single seat..but unfortunately mostly tabs are out v order now. Note .u have to bring your own head phone or ear plugs they will not offer this faciliy after COVID Food boxes n cold drinks are also not served only plain water will b served Fad stop have big area but proper parking place is missing In Lahore ..it's stop is at bakar Mandi chowk yateem Khana. Buses are in v good Condition with wide leg space.. Overall it's v comfortable to travel with Bilal Daewoo.

Services from lahore is very pathetic, staff is very unprofessional and uncooperative, they don't care for punctuality. Issue ticket for 10-30 , depart at 10.50, when you complain about it, no one is here to listen. I'll suggest to use other services who're run professionally. Very poor service. I have booked 3 seats from Faisalabad to lahore. The deperturee time is 6am but it was reached at after 6am and deperts 6:12am.
